Intriguingly, we were introduced to the mother of the main villain before the Blue Cloak figure took infant Xehanort from her, and we know that the figure raised Xehanort until his death.

In Birth by Sleep, it’s hinted that Sora and Riku have parents. Kairi was likely raised by her grandmother before Radiant Garden fell. Eventually, Kairi was adopted by the Mayor of Destiny Islands and his family after Radiant Garden succumbed to Darkness.

We even hear Sora’s mother in KH1 calling him down for dinner. Despite this, we have a screen time of Xehanort’s mother, but it is brief, and there is none for the main heroes of KH.
