Huh… I mean, hell if you’re going to stay here I’m not gonna complain. Having an actual place where it doesn’t feel like the walls are at risk of crumbling at any moment from a supervillain attack is an extremely welcome surprise in this city. I had friends who would’ve killed for a place like this. Probably would’ve set ‘em on a… well, different path then where they ended up.

Oh god, not instant mashed potatoes- even if they’re not inedible, I don’t think they should be eaten! I’ll make you real ones next time I come by. If I’m, uh, invited again that is.

thank you!! this place is beautiful, i’m kind of shocked it’s in gotham? can i ask, were you like– born here? do you just stay for the uh, familiarity, or? i can’t imagine most peaceful people would find a lot of joy in a city like this, and you seem like a peaceful person.
