We just watched the van scene. And my dad says, I kid you not, “Mike should have said he feels the same to Will. Will really looks at him like a best friend. And we all know you feel the same, Mike.” And the look my mom gave my dad and then me. I’M DYING.

She knows. And I’m dying cuz my dad SAW that Mike felt the same for Will as what Will was saying in the van. This is hilarious.

Now I can’t wait to see their reaction to the Mike love confession in Ep9.

Update on my cishet guy friend watching Stranger Things: He just clocked Mike's internalized homophobia after the rink-o-mania fight scene... he was like: "Oh he really hates himself for being gay, doesn't he? He doesn't want to admit it to himself" I'm still so shocked that my friend clocked Byler and especially MIKE WHEELER? He's the typical mainstream GA member, he's not into the fandom at all I can't believe what I'm witnessing right now lmao.
