when rewatching the first season, I noticed that the first three episodes are very similar to the first episodes of the second season... literally I found a lot of parallels.

starting from the riot (in the first season against Steed, and in the second against Ed),

ending with the fact that at the end of the third series in both cases someone was almost dying and one of the duo sat and looked after the other... plus the first time Ed “captures the ship”, in the second case Steed does it... .so... now the finale of 2c ofmd really scares me
