HIDDEN

Hooray 🥳, I am very much excited to announce super good news today:

I have released a new spoken word poem track called HIDDEN. More wonderful news: Dwellings (Chris from Gnod, Holy Scum) did an amazing mix of HIDDEN. Massive thank yous Chris. I have released both tracks as an album, even though it’s not an album per se but to connect both pieces. I hope you like them. 

Also it's Bandcamp Friday, no fees for us artists, a good day to get my latest piece or other releases. Thank you!

//A new aquarelle painting that I created while feeling depressed & lonely recently. Art prevents me from going completely under & has a healing effect on me. For everyone out there struggling, too, try to create art in whatever form you feel comfortable. It can be very liberating to "let it all out“ what’s causing you so much pain inside of you. Let the flow take you wherever you want to be! Also it took me over 6 hours to finish this piece of art in one go. Makes me aware to value the process behind each artwork more (you too?)! When I’m in this sad but creative meditative state I like to listen to calming music, that also helps to regulate my nervous system. I’m so grateful to have found the soothing music by Sugaar Pan (https://sugaarpan.bandcamp.com/) aka Iker Garmendia! Go check out his beautiful music & support the arts, please!
