hey, this is a post about trauma but if it resonates with you for any reason then it's for you, too. anyway:

if you went through something that's difficult to explain to other people, i believe you.

if people find it hard to understand why the thing you went through affected you as much as it did, i believe you. i believe you that it felt as bad as it did and affects you as much as it does.

if you feel like you can't prove that what you went through really happened the way you feel like it happened, i believe you. you don't need to prove anything, you can trust yourself and your own perception of events.

if you've had experiences that people tend to find hard to believe, shocking, bizarre, or just so far out of their realm of normality that they can't conceptualize those things would really happen to someone i believe you.

your experiences are your experiences, they're owned by you alone and nobody else's unwillingness to understand them can change that.

Ok is anyone else super annoyed by all these bots? I'm followed by like 5 every single day and all I can do is block/report. It's really getting on my nerves, especially when I'm not on here for a few days, and come back to find like 50 bots followed me in those few days.
