danneelackles512: This man. We want all the things for him- to be happy, sad, funny, successful and kind. I think in this era we need to look more closely at how we raise our boys. We need to hug and kiss them more, teach them to be open-minded and have a willingness to share their feelings. So much emphasis has been placed on men being strong, powerful, tough, and never showing emotion. Somehow in our society this equates success- being a real man. I think being a real man takes much more than a powerful persona and the ability to hold back tears. I’m so glad his daddy hugs and kisses him as much as he does the girls. We need to teach our baby boys, just like we teach our girls, to share their feelings and love open heartedly. Maybe this will lead to a better understanding of equality between the sexes. As I watch my little boy grow, I see a sweet, loving man much like his father, and I am committed to keeping him just like that. ❤️ [x]
