Bennett had thought it was his lucky day as the guild had finally allowed him to take on a commission solo. Although the quest had been a simple supply transport from mondstradt to the adventurers camp down near dragonspine, it was his first ever commission that the higherups finally let him go solo on. He should've known it was best to wait out til the experienced adventurers cleared out the camps first, but Bennett was quite the eager character when it came to quests, so he took the first opportunity he got. Stupid.. stupid.. he knew he shouldn't have taken the long way to the camp knowing his luck. The elders had warned him of a few camps scattered around the area, but in no way did Bennett ever predict stumbling across a camp this large. And now, he found himself in quite the pickle.

Fallen branches crack under light foosteps as Bennett dashed through the narrowing paths of the forest, dodging log to log as a mob of hilichurls tailed him behind. The forest never seemed to end, as the amounts of lumber in the distance never seemed to sizzle down. A burning in Bennett's throat started as the hill began to incline upwards on uneven ground and terrain.

The teen gets tagged by a wooden branch, scraping a piece of skin right above his right ankle. It manages to bring out a small wince from bennett, but he continues on. It is then when he sees large pockets of light seeping through the trees, he can't help but feel hope as it means there is an opening ahead. at full speed, he charges through, breaking out of the forested area only to be greeted with small patches of land that signified a cliff at the end.

His breath hitches for a moment, whipping his head back in a quick motion to glance at the distance between him and the coming mob. Bennett didn't have much time to spare. He had to think quick.

Today, Fischl’s assignment was to investigate a couple monster camps to determine what kind of threat level they presented. While they generally weren’t that big of a deal and didn’t interfere with adventure commissions too much, she was to report back with her findings just in case. Confidently prancing around the forest like it was her territory to do what she pleased, she came across one of the monster camps. There was something a little strange about it upon closer observation, however. It was quiet…too quiet. There seemed to be no monsters occupying the area. Suspicious of what was going on, she then heard a crack in the near distance. Walking towards the direction of the sound, Fischl looked down at the ground and noticed many sets of messy footprints. She summoned her familiar and smiled.

“Oz, I summon thee! Retribution is to soon be delivered!”

Dashing forward with Oz now at her side, Fischl followed the set of footprints and noticed the damaged trees. Feint chants of hilichurls began to grow louder, leading her to believe she was heading in the right direction. Surely enough, the forested area reached its end and the hoard of monsters became visible. In order to remain out of sight and assess the situation, Fischl hid behind a tree and had Oz fly overhead to gain a bird’s eye point of view. Borrowing his sight, she saw the monsters were cornering a person…a person she happened to know.

Drawing her bow, Fischl immediately leapt into action and fired an electro fused shot towards the back of one of the hilichurl’s head. With another swift hand gesture, she ordered Oz to rain fire from above. This set the perfect scene for a dramatic monologue.

“Slumber, in the name of the Immernachtreich, I command thee! Ill-starred young man, one would be wise to return back to Mondstadt and repent thy sins! Perhaps the threads of fate may become kinder!”

His footsteps neared the edge of the cliff each step he took, he looked back at the hilichurls with a sword in his hand. Bennett swung a few swings at them, despite knowing they'd be utterly useless. He was simply outnumbered and he was sure there was nothing to do to save himself. Sucking in some air, he closed his eyes tightly to accept his final fate, fearing for the worst.

It was only then when he heard what it seemed like to be a body that fell to the ground. He cracked his eyes open, just enough to see a hilichurl's body laying in front of his feet. Purple sparks licited from an arrow shot right smack into its head, electro sparks. He was dumbfounded for a second, lost in the moment before what it seemed like to be a reign of terror up above rained down on the monsters. One by one, Bennett watched as they dropped to the floor like flies, stunned and unable to move.

It is then when he hears an all too familiar voice echoing from just outside of the forested area. In the nearing distance, he spots a blonde teen, someone he'd happen to recognize in an instant. Bennett let out a breath of relief, quickly thanking the archons someone had saved his ass. If it weren't for her, he'd definitely be fresh meat at that point.

"Oh Fish- err.. The Prinzessin Der Verurteilung, I can't thank you enough for saving me! You're amazing!" he praises, beaming a smile. His face is drowning in sweat as he still tries to catch his breath in between talking, but it seems like it doesn't bother him, as he's simply amazed at her work. "How did you know i was here?" he inquires, curious on how they happened to cross paths.

About: Tartaglia and Scaramouche get called down to principal Ei's office regarding a fight video they were involved in

A/N: This is quite literally my first time making a Tumblr post I have no idea how it works

Ei sighed upon coming face to face with the two culprits. Both had very different reactions as they settled into the intimidating atmosphere her office created.

First, her gaze fell on Tartaglia. The poor ginger appeared somewhat afraid. This behavior wasn’t anything new to her as students who she met with were usually shaking like a leaf. It was simply strange to see a normally charismatic guy in this nervous state.

Next, she looked down upon her son, Kunikuzushi. It was very obvious that he was quite unhappy to be here. From the way he glared at Tartaglia to how he dared to carelessly sit made it clear that he wanted to get things done and over with as soon as possible. She considered his posture rude, but chose not to correct it this time. She was not going to be distracted or led astray from this meeting no matter what happened.

Kunikuzushi was the first to speak up. Ei quietly sighed, but maintained a professional demeanor as she listened to what he had to say. Of course, he chose to defend himself. His reasoning was not invalid, however. She believed she understood the point he was trying to convey, but unfortunately it wasn’t going to excuse them from their actions. Ei had a calm answer to return to him. She hoped he would hear her out just as she had for him.

"Kunikuzushi. You are well aware of the school policies. Physical violence is strictly prohibited on our campus no matter the agreement. Because this incident took place on the school’s property, distribution as well as possession of the video violates the same school policy. As your principal, I request that the video gets deleted as soon as possible. I trust you will make the correct decision.”

After her brief speech to her son, she turned to Tartaglia once again. She appreciated how he seemed to be handling the situation. He acted relatively more respectful than Kunikuzushi. With another quiet sigh, she cleared her throat and gave the young ginger-haired man a warning.

"As for you, Tartaglia, do you realize that by willingly participating in this fight, you have further jeopardized your involvement in your extracurricular activities? I have seen your student record and it appears that this is not the first time you have been warned of your behavior. Let it be made clear that there will be consequences for your actions.”
