I've been testing out the @briogeo Sea Goddess Shimmer Mist and OMG it is such an amazing product. This is a hair & body #ShimmerNotGlitter product that haas amazing iridescent mica that is completely ocean safe. The 1st pic shows how it comes, 2nd shows after you shake it & before you apply it, and 3rd has my favorite way of using it (putting hair into bun & then spraying glitter over the bun!) What I 💜 most is that you can use it w/o causing crunchy hair (you know what I'm talking about!) & it washes out super easy! I'll actually be using this as a fun way of adding personality to my hair at the Linux Boot Camp I'll be going to next week! Do you use clarifying shampoos and / or conditioners in your hair? If you do then you might want to check out my thoughts on the @kenraprofessional Detox and Deflect Hair Care System which is available at @Ultbeauty . * Shampoo - The shampoo retails for $18 for a small bottle and $40 for a big bottle with a pump! This shampoo is PERFECT if you're someone who uses product in your hair on a daily basis. This is a gently DAILY clarifying shampoo with activated charcoal to help detox the hair and Diamond Dust to help protect the hair from pollutants you come across daily. . * Scrub - The scrub retails for $28 for 6 oz. and OMG is it something that you NEED in your life. You use this once, maybe twice but no more than that, a week. You apply to damp hair and work it around, leave it on for 3 to 5 minutes depending on how much clarifying you need, rinse out, and then marvel at how amazing your hair looks. I'm not even kidding! Even if you don't use a lot of extra products in your hair, like me!, I still recommend that you pick this. Even if you purchase the shampoo for daily use I still recommend that you get this for a once a week treatment...you see where I'm going with this, just go purchase it! . * Conditioner - The conditioner retails for the same $18 and $40 for the same sizes as the shampoo. This conditioner leaves the hair so soft, smooth, and gorgeous that it isn't even funny...you can imagine how much I was feeling myself the day that I used the scrub WITH the conditioner! Again, this is one that I recommend for everyone, even if you don't get the shampoo. . * Hair Spray - The hairspray retails for $23 for an 8 oz. can that is freaking HUGE. If you're looking for a hairspray that gives your hair some hold while still having some movement to it and looking natural while adding a layer of protection with that same Diamond Dust I mentioned before...then this is something that you need to pick up. . Today I'm sharing my Top 5 Nail Polishes in a collab with some others from Geeks and Beauties but I wasn't able to swatch them for the video and I promised I would do it over on Instagram. This is a speckled top coat that I switched in 2 coats on one stick and then one layer over two layers of @klpolish Paper Snow (white) and Tuxedo Mask (black). * Next is @formulaxnail TGIF and I'm so sad you can no longer get their polishes or The System. I was a huge fan of Aaliyah back in the day and when she died I was incredibly sad. When @maccosmetics announced they were doing an Aaliyah collection I was all for it. #ad I had the amazing opportunity to try the @bobbibrown Primer Plus Mattifier and Bobbi Brown Skin Long-Wear Foundation (review on that soon!). Due to the fact that I have dry skin I was expecting to not like this mattifying primer at all BUT omg this just became my holy grail pore minimizing primer because your girl has got some major pore action going on but not after using this. What made it even more amazing was that even though it was mattifying it didn’t leave me looking dry and it works well with a lot of different foundations. Let’s play a game of what’s ON your refrigerator. The picture in the middle is of our Great Dane Lila with our bearded dragon Harry on her head. This may or may not have been our Christmas card photo for last year... . The magnet in the upper right is for the vet that we take Harry to. If you live in Georgia or even lower SC the drive to Avian and Exotic Animal Hospital of Georgia is worth it! They are so patient and understanding. . The three post it notes are actually from @ohhellostationery and they are amazing quality. Sooo much better than regular post-its AND they have cute prints. The Don’t Forget notes in the bottom left have our fridge grocery list and the Notes one under the magnet is where we put doctor’s appts and you can see Harry has her 6 month check up tomorrow!!
