anyway here’s a list of things scarier for OW Esports and it’s community than teenage girls who are excited/enthusiastic about the OWL:

- The rampant racism amongst fans that insinuates Korean players have no right to play outside of Korean teams and also allows white players who have done shit like boosting and account selling to get off scott free whilst their non-white counterparts are heavily sanctioned regardless of circumstances.

- The rampant sexism in the community and in high tier play that gate keeps and often discourages women from playing

- The transphobia and homophobia directed towards LGBT players in high tier play 

- The shady orgs that mistreat players and the lack of unionisation leading to exploitation and unfair treatment and that allows managers to get away w/ anything

- The fact that the only people willing to support and look out for T2 players are their fellow T2 players

- The T2 scene being in shambles and severely damaging the lifespan of OW as an ESport of this scale because at this rate we have like 2 years before the talent well dries up.
