🌼 a way to relax and let go of stressors in everyday life

🌸 a way to feel safe and happy through simple activities

🌷 take a break from scrolling, little one .. sit down. take a deep breath in for 8 seconds ..... and out, good job ! set your phone down for a minute and give those little hands a break -- they need them. go grab a snack and some water if you haven't already, maybe adjust your posture, fix your blankets if you're under the covers, get up and stretch for a second !

A little about the now

Hi guys!!! Its Finn!!!! So as youve seen, i've returned to posting with bubby, but theyre pretty scattered. Thats because Finn is still incredibly unwell, and the week has been incredibly distressing on Finns body.

However, We're going to be pushing out posts as we can! AND, we are taking suggestions for worksheets and tips you would like to see !!

Lastly, Some updates to the blog, we will be posting master lists out in a big clump, and posting Reports out in a big clump. Reports will come out in 3's every Sunday and Masterlists will come out at random, with no set time. Hopefully our updated Pinned post will also come out soon too! So far, FD has gone through multiple injuries to his hands as of the past 2 months [this and last month] so please wish him well and "send" him some good snacks!

Good time zone starshines! Many Regressors don't feel like they're valid enough due to not having any gear such as Paci's, Sippy cups, Onesies etc. So, here's a list of items that you can buy to help you discreetly regress! ︵‿︵‿︵‿⸉　★　⸊‿︵‿︵‿︵

⟣𓂃 Using water bottles with soft spouts, usually can be found at retailers or you can get one more custom to you on amazon!

⟣𓂃 Chewlery !! Any will do from amazon to retail stores, just consider that some chewlery is made specifically for mothers with babies and the necklace may deteriorate faster

⟣𓂃 Buy colored body suits to substitute as onesies! Most still clip underneath and do come in a variety of colors if you look for them enough! [body suit = Bathing suit looking item, not the clothing top and bottom connecting clothing item]

⟣𓂃 Buy adult coloring books! You can still use your crayons and markers, and there are more "chunky" coloring books that give you less linework and more space to actually color with a more simple picture that's still cute!

⟣𓂃 Use bath bombs [if you like baths] and buy "foaming bath" which is just bubble bath but for adults!

⟣𓂃 Fuzzy socks! Not only great for keeping your feet warm [or clean if youve just bathed] but they come in cute patterns and sometimes animals!

⟣𓂃 Cute lunchboxes or Bento Boxes! With the rise in interest in older 90's kid nostalgia and Sanrio [and some other fun characters] bringing oms with you on the go will be no problem! [don't forget matching utensils!]

⟣𓂃 Buy or use cute stationary! Lots of people have colorful and character type pens, pencils, and markers generally used for writing notes, however things like washi tape, paper stickers, and any notebooks can certainly be passed off as "cutesycore" rather than childish

⟣𓂃 Overalls/Dungarees. Fashionable, in style, and they even come in shorts, and in skirts!

⟣𓂃 Similar to the lunch and bento boxes, getting cute backpacks [like loungefly], side bags or shoulder bags

⟣𓂃 Wearing and using kigurumi or Adult sleeping onesies! Can be considered a "halloween costume" but are also very warm and come in animal themes, which could be perfect for those pet regressors!

⟣𓂃 Setting up a chore chart for yourself. Following this, if you get all your chores done in the week, allowing yourself to buy a small toy, some candy, or other treat!

⟣𓂃 Using bigger sized cups if you don't regress to infancy or an age that needs for Sippy cups [more for middles!]

⟣𓂃 Buy and use cutely patterned blankets! From cartoon characters to just heart print, blankets can help you feel small AND help you nest up in bed

⟣𓂃 Oversized clothing, especially shirts, can be used as pajamas, and if youre small enough, dresses in some cases! they also can look fashionable if used with the right bottoms

⟣𓂃 Take some time to read manga, comic books, or graphic novels as a substitute to picture books

⟣𓂃 Using fidget toys of any kind. Very popular and very much seen as useful to those who need them

⟣𓂃 Writing or journaling with your non-dom hand! Consider it as a new skill you want to learn!

Today im here to talk about the history of pride month and why its so important to so many people!

So… Where does pride month originate from?

Pride Month was derived from the Stonewall riots, a series of gay liberation protests in New York City, which began on June 28, 1969! DO NOT RE-WRITE OR POST AS OWN

What is stonewall, and why was there a riot?

Well, the Stonewall Inn was a small gay, dive bar in New York City. The now outdated "masquerade" laws required men and women to wear matching clothing that followed the gender listed on their ID! Individuals who did not look like their ID's allowed police to raid drinking establishments and arrest transgender and gender non-conforming individuals. On June 28, 1969, just after midnight, the Stonewall Inn was raided by the police again, but this time, patrons fought back!

When did June become pride month?

In 1999, President Clinton designated June as Gay and Lesbian Pride Month as remembrance of the stonewall riots in '69, which was then expanded by President Obama in 2011 who declared the entire month "Pride month" which included the whole of the LGBT+ community!

Today, We're here to discuss the importance, and origins of mens mental health month, as well as what you can do to support the men and boys in your life!!

So… When and why did June become Men's Mental Health Month?

Men’s Health Month started in 1992 when Kansas Senator Bob Dole introduced a bill that was passed by Congress to bring awareness to early detection and treatment of mental health conditions in men. Although men face certain health issues specific to their bodies, most health issues are similar issues that women also face. Men are more reluctant to seek medical attention, with studies showing women visit doctors twice as often.

What are some illnesses that effect men?

— Depression: over 6 million men suffer from depression in some way shape or form each year — Anxiety: 19.1 million have an anxiety disorder, while 3,020,000 million men will have a more severe form of anxiety like agoraphobia, panic disorders or other — Bipolar disorder: 2.3 million Americans will suffer from Bipolar in their life, however an equal amount of men and women will develop this illness — Psychosis or Schizophrenia: 3.5 million US individuals are diagnosed with schizophrenia, a leading cause of disability, with 90% diagnosed by age 30 being men — Eating disorders: Males are less likely to seek professional help for anorexia, bulimia, and/or binge eating disorders, with both accounting for 10% and 35% of cases.

Men are less likely to reach out, see a therapist, or admit to a hospital for a multitude of reasons: — Some men may be so out of touch with their emotions that they don't even realize that they're suffering — Men may identify so deeply with "being a man" and traditional male roles, that they don't seek help — Some men may also worry that society will look down on them for failing to "tough it out" , and that seeking--or even needing--help is not "normal" male behavior. A man who is surrounded by a supportive group of other men might be more likely to seek help than a man whose only social network is discouraging and chooses to ignore their issues

What can i do to help?

Here are some ways to help support the men and boys in your life: — Support them in any emotional distress they may be feeling. Remind them that you are here to talk and listen, not to shun and shut down — Help create a routine with your partner, little, cg etc. Remind them that they cannot control the past, but the Can control the now! Help create a routine that will let them feel more peace and structure — Remind the men and boys in your life that self care is important!! Remind them to take breaks, drink water, watch something relaxing and even journal/talk about how they were feeling during the day. Creating a safe and supportive space is the best thing you can do for a person you might notice is struggling
