Everything happens all at once.
As soon as I think I鈥檓 getting on track something else happens.
I鈥檓 having so many medical problems right now and even with insurance I don鈥檛 have enough money to keep up.
I have to get an ultrasound to figure out if I need my gallbladder removed.
I鈥檓 just struggling and I don鈥檛 know what to do.

I鈥檓 going through a really rough time. I鈥檓 having car trouble every few weeks. Today my car started smoking when I got to work. I鈥檓 trying to get more hours at work but with working retail it鈥檚 kinda difficult to get more than a couple days a week.
If anyone can spare anything I would be so grateful. And anyone willing to help me I can reimburse in January.
