(A very bad and not very well thought through) Swerve appreciation rant!

SPOILERS FOR MTMTE #043!!!

Omygod swerve is genuinely such a cool cool underrated character- I'm currently still reading the comics and the way I read them (which is DEFONITELY too fast) means I don't have the best understanding on the characters identity/ their development and also i have like near 0 knowlesge when it comes to psychology- but omygod swerves character is so so cool.

Like the whole swearth thing just breaks my heart. Like his character in my opinion shows off so well just how passive(?) A debilitating kinda depression can be expressed, like one that genuinely ruins lives bc of how shameful it is and how hard it is to reach out for help.

Like him reaching out for help only when he knows something is seriously wrong and (I think) he thinks he might die omyGODDDD.

AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON HOW THE ENTIRE LOST LIFHT WENT LOOKING 4 HIM. God my heart literally cracked and melted and went all gooey from how sweet that was djdjsjsj my god that issue and his character genuinely mean so much too me :( ♡

I always love myself a good hurt/ comfort story and his character playing the depressed comic relief jjsjsjjsjsjss he's such a cool character the way he tries to consistently brighten up situation vie jokes (whether that be for himself or other or potentially most of the time I like to believe for both). He's such a lonely character in the beginning who is get constantly pushed away, and yet despite all that he still chats and yaps and tries his best to be part of the crew to be part of a friendship brooooo. HIM AND HIS BAR??? THE ULTIATE FRIENDSHIP PLACE??? AHHSHSHSHS

I probs got his character so wrong but I neeeed his character to be appreciated more bc he's so cool

Maybe when I finish the comics I'll do an actual proper (really bad attempt) at a character analysis 4 him? Maybe maybe...

i got in the habit of calling them "Junior" while watching the show to distinguish them from other characters also called hot rod, but now i just think of them as rodimus' beautiful daughter. a glimpse into my mind i suppose. hot rod juniorrrrrrrrr
