Food diary: 6th February 2013.
This is what I’m going to have today and I’m going to stick to it :)
Breakfast/lunch: (pre-gym): banana (superfree), (post-gym): scrambled egg on 1 slice of 400g loaf (3syns), bacon (fat removed) (free), two sausages (2 syns).
Tea: chicken breast (free), broccoli (superfree), carrots (superfree), potato rounds (free), one sausage (1 syn), bacon (fat removed) (free), one tbs apple sauce (1 syn).
Snacks: fruit salad (mango, kiwi, strawberries) (superfree), hifi bar (hex b), cherry mullerlight (free).
Total syns: 7.

Another rubbish result this week! Need to pull myself together! I'm eating right and sticking to plan and getting my body magic in, I think it's just something psychological. (The brownies were for taster).

What's the deal?
Something small but something that’s annoyed the hell out of me recently:
Size 16/18: can only find clothes in sizes 12/14. Size 12/14: can only find clothes in either an 8 or a 16/18.

My little 'syn' rant.
I hate all of the negative connotations that comes with the word syn, people who start slimming world should be told that they shouldn't be viewed in a negative way, 15 syns should be used if needed (I'm not saying to over indulge just for the sake of it). It just seems a shame that people try to have (and including me at one point) low syn/ syn free days, it just isn't necessary! Enjoy them! The word itself doesn't really help matters! >.<

Food diary: 27th January
I’m feeling a bit sorry for myself today but I’ve pre-made my food diary that I’ll be sticking to:
Breakfast: syn-free pancakes with 1 tsp maple syrup (1/2 syn), banana.
Lunch: chicken salad (lettuce, sweetcorn, red pepper, carrot) with 30g cheddar (hex a)
Tea: jacket potato with tuna, sweetcorn and 1 tbsp of lighter than light mayo (1/2 syn)
Snacks: berry bakewell hifi bar (hex b), 52g tube of rolo’s (12.5 syns) and some fruit if I need it later.
Total syns: 13.5 syns
Been to the gym today but my back is getting worse (its been bad for over a week now). So going to try and rest it for a couple of days.
Does anybody else write out a rough draft of a food diary days before?

#desert : another one of my #slimmingworld #eaton #mess , #love these with a #strawberry on top! Plenty of Speed fruit 💚
Serves 2 people. 2.5 syns each (depending on the meringue you use).
1 mullerlight cherry. 200g fat free fromage frais (I used the tesco light choice Normandy one). Lots of strawberries and raspberry and cherries. 2 meringues (Asda chosen by you, comes in a pack of 8). 2 TBS of sweetener.
All you do is put the fromage frais in a bowl, chop (and de-stone the cherries obviously) up all the fruit in to small bits and mix it in. Then pour the yoghurt on and mix it in then add the sweetener and crush the meringue mix it all together and enjoy!

New Year, New Blog.
Welcome to my Slimming World blog. Basically, this is my space to write/post pictures of anything to do with my weight loss experiences. I have been following the Slimming World Extra Easy plan since the 12th June 2012, and I love it! I'm finally heading towards the end of my journey now, with only 5lb to go until I reach my final target. To me though this is only the start of a brand new journey. Yes, I have lost over 3 stone with Slimming World (and 5 stone in total) but the hardest thing will be keeping it off and maintaining the weight. So this will be a mash of healthy eating/exercise and bits of me all mixed in to one. I hope you'll enjoy my blog and postings! :)
