☕ Spideneur Espresso Routine ☕ “We Had An Amazing Team But The Wrong Initial Idea” | Jack Dorsey https://youtu.be/gTU3jFfTXGY =========================== Jack Dorsey was born in 1976 in Missouri. He is an American technology entrepreneur and philanthropist who is the co-founder and CEO of Twitter, and the founder and CEO of Square, a financial payments company. Jack became interested in computers and communications at an early age and began programming while still a student in High School. He was fascinated by the technological challenge of coordinating taxi drivers, delivery vans and other fleets of vehicles that needed to remain in constant, real-time communication with one another. When he was 15, Dorsey wrote dispatch software that remained in use by taxicab companies for decades afterward. He dropped out of college before receiving his degree and later started a company offering his dispatch software through the internet. Shortly after starting his company, he came up with the idea for a site that would combine the broad reach of dispatch software with the ease of instant messaging. On March 21, 2006, Jack Dorsey posted the world's first tweet: "just setting up my twttr". =========================== Source: OxfordUnion https://youtu.be/uB3xns-E48c

☕ Spideneur Espresso Routine ☕ “I Started It Out Of A Mission, Not To Make Money” | Richard Branson https://youtu.be/4btWNwV9__s =========================== Richard Branson was born in 1950 in London. He is an English entrepreneur, businessman, investor, author and former philanthropist. He founded the Virgin Group in the 1970s, which controls more than 400 companies in various fields. In June 2020, Forbes listed Branson's estimated net worth at 4.1 billion dollars. Richard, who struggled with dyslexia, had a hard time with educational institutions and finally dropped out at the age of 16 to start a youth-culture magazine called 'Student'. The publication sold $8,000 worth of advertising in its first edition, launched in 1966. In 1969, Richard had the idea to begin a mail-order record company called 'Virgin' to help fund his magazine efforts. With the success of the new store, the high school dropout was able to build a recording studio in 1972 in England. Richard's first successful entry into the airline industry was during a trip to Puerto Rico. His flight was cancelled, so he decided to rent his own plane the rest of the way and offer a ride to the rest of the stranded passengers for a small fee to cover the cost. That led to buying a second hand Boeing 747 plane and opening his own airline company. =========================== Source: Goldman Sachs https://youtu.be/Bz8PLrbJ7jM

☕ Spideneur Espresso Routine ☕ “Our Vision Was A Computer On Every Desk And In Every Home” | Bill Gates https://youtu.be/-KLxJvtyJaM
=========================== William Gates was born in 1955 in Washington. He is an entrepreneur, business magnate, software developer, investor, and philanthropist. He is best known as the co-founder of Microsoft Corporation. Gates was a voracious reader as a child, spending many hours poring over reference books such as the encyclopedia. Around the age of 11, his parents began to have concerns about his behavior. He was doing well in school, but he seemed bored and withdrawn at times, and his parents worried he might become a loner. A Seattle computer company offered to provide computer time for the students and Bill became entranced with what a computer could do and spent much of his free time working on the terminal. He wrote a tic-tac-toe program in BASIC computer language that allowed users to play against the computer. In 1970, at the age of 15, Bill and Allen went into business together, developing "Traf-o-Data," a computer program that monitored traffic patterns in Seattle. They netted $20,000 for their efforts. In 1975 Bill dropped out of college to pursue his business, Microsoft, with partner Allen. =========================== Source: Remotely Controlled https://youtu.be/ldPh0_zEykU

☕ Spideneur Espresso Routine ☕ “Aim Big and Take One Step At A Time” | Colin O'Brady https://youtu.be/1ypbs0IxmBg
=========================== Colin O'Brady was born in 1985 in Washington. He is an American professional endurance athlete, motivational speaker and adventurer. He is a former professional triathlete, representing the United States on the ITU Triathlon World Cup circuit, racing in 25 countries on six continents from 2009–2015. Colin spent his childhood exploring the mountains of the Pacific Northwest and cultivated a passion for adventure in the outdoors. Colin was an active kid and excelled at sports, competing in both swimming and soccer. By the time he reached high school, he was nationally ranked in both sports. Ultimately, he was recruited to swim at Yale University where he graduated with a Bachelors in Economics in 2006. The resources to travel internationally weren’t there growing up, so Colin started painting houses in the summers to earn money. After college graduation and before settling in to his career, he took a backpack and surfboard and set out to explore the world. In 2008, while in Thailand, Colin suffered a tragic accident and was severely burned in a fire; his injuries covered nearly 25% of his body, primarily damaging his legs and feet. Doctor’s warned him he might never walk again normally. With the encouragement of his mother, Colin was determined to beat the odds. He set himself a seemingly impossible goal: to complete his first triathlon after recovery. 18-months after his accident and after extensive rehabilitation, Colin amazed the sporting world when he not only completed his first triathlon, but he placed first overall at the Chicago Triathlon. =========================== Source: TEDx Talks https://youtu.be/vo_lZiytsMw

You can do it if you believe you can.
It’s called a “self-fulfilling prophecy” when something occurs because we believe it will.
The mind is constructed so that it constantly seeks to bring into physical reality the things it thinks about most.
Most of us will never realize the tremendous potential we possess — because we are unwilling to believe that we can accomplish things that others believe are impossible.
