Stop Getting Distracted With People Doing Less Than You!
If Someone Has Time to Criticize Your Every Move, They Don't Have a Life Nor Are They Doing Much in Their Own Life.
People Walking in Their Purpose Want Everyone to Succeed Just Like They Are.
The Ones Who Take/Have Taken The Risk To Climb Are The Ones Who Will Understand What You’re Doing. They Will Not Assume, Judge, Or Require You To Explain Yourself.

☕ Spideneur Espresso Routine ☕ “I've Got All The World Fear Me At 23” | Tupac Shakur https://youtu.be/g-LG6bImW2U
=========================== Tupac Shakur was born in 1971 and was killed in September 1996. He was an American rapper and actor, and he's better known by his stage name '2Pac'. Considered by many to be one of the most influential rappers of all time. Tupac was born in  New York. His mother was a high-school dropout. She became pregnant with Tupac in 1970 while on bail after being charged with conspiring to set off a race war. She raised two children on her own and struggled for money. The family moved homes often, sometimes staying in shelters. When they've moved to Marin City (California), his mother succumbed to crack addiction — a drug her son, Tupac, would sell on the same streets where his mother bought her supply. Tupac enrolled at the prestigious Baltimore School for the Arts in Baltimore, at which he felt "The Freest I Ever Felt". Tupac's love for hip hop would steer him away from a life of crime. At the age of 17 he met an older white woman, Leila Steinberg, who had no music-industry experience, and was able to get Tupac in front of music manager Atron Gregory, who secured a gig for him in 1990 as a roadie and dancer for the hip hop group Digital Underground. Tupac died in Las Vegas on September 13, 1996, of gunshot wounds inflicted six days prior. His murder remains unsolved. =========================== Sources: Hip-Hop Universe https://youtu.be/HWNwvBrUUGQ

☕ Spideneur Espresso Routine ☕ “I Started It Out Of A Mission, Not To Make Money” | Richard Branson https://youtu.be/4btWNwV9__s =========================== Richard Branson was born in 1950 in London. He is an English entrepreneur, businessman, investor, author and former philanthropist. He founded the Virgin Group in the 1970s, which controls more than 400 companies in various fields. In June 2020, Forbes listed Branson's estimated net worth at 4.1 billion dollars. Richard, who struggled with dyslexia, had a hard time with educational institutions and finally dropped out at the age of 16 to start a youth-culture magazine called 'Student'. The publication sold $8,000 worth of advertising in its first edition, launched in 1966. In 1969, Richard had the idea to begin a mail-order record company called 'Virgin' to help fund his magazine efforts. With the success of the new store, the high school dropout was able to build a recording studio in 1972 in England. Richard's first successful entry into the airline industry was during a trip to Puerto Rico. His flight was cancelled, so he decided to rent his own plane the rest of the way and offer a ride to the rest of the stranded passengers for a small fee to cover the cost. That led to buying a second hand Boeing 747 plane and opening his own airline company. =========================== Source: Goldman Sachs https://youtu.be/Bz8PLrbJ7jM

"You Can Make Something Of Your Life.
It Just Depends On Your Drive"
Marshall Mathers / ‘Eminem’
======================
Marshall Mathers was born in 1972 and known professionally as 'Eminem'.
Eminem is an American rapper, record producer and actor known as one of the most controversial and best-selling artists of the early 21st century.
Born in Missouri, Marshall had a turbulent childhood.
He never knew his father, who abandoned the family when he was still an infant and rebuffed all of his son's many attempts to contact him during his childhood.
Marshall was raised by his mother, Deborah Mathers.
Eminem has been scathingly critical of the way his mother raised him. Through his song lyrics, he has publicly accused her of being addicted to prescription drugs as well as subjecting him to emotional and physical abuse.
He dropped out of school in the ninth grade and worked odd jobs until finally making it as a rapper upon the release of The Slim Shady LP in early 1999.
The album went multi-platinum, garnering Eminem two Grammy Awards and four MTV Video Music Awards.
In 2000, Eminem released 'The Marshall Mathers LP', which was noted as the fastest-selling album in rap history.
Two years later, he delivered the Academy Award-winning song "Lose Yourself," from the semi-autobiographical drama 8 Mile.
In 2010, he released the Grammy-winning album Recovery, a highly autobiographical attempt to come to terms with his struggles with addiction and experience with rehabilitation.

“You can’t have a plan for your day, ‘til you have a plan for your life.”
Tony Robbins
======================
Born in downtown Los Angeles in 1960, Tony Robbins comes from humble beginnings.
His stepfather, a former minor league baseball player who was working as a salesman, struggled to get by, and the family often couldn't afford to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas.
He tells about his childhood memories:
"My mother used to hit me every day, and if it was a really bad day, I remember the shocking picture: Mom holds me and makes me drink a liquid soap."
At a young age, Robbins decided that he wanted to be rich when he grew up, so that he could help people in need.
At the age of 17, he decided to leave the house and rented a small apartment.
The day when his life began to change:
“I laid on the bed and began crying, and then suddenly came a rush of intensity that I had never experienced before!
I decided I have had enough! Enough being a victim of life. If the world is so cruel to me, I won't wait for something to change my life, I'll do anything to turn things around!
So I set goals for myself, and even thogh they would sound unrealistic, I made a commitment to achieve them"
He made his first million at age 24.
Two years later, the huge success of his first book 'Unlimited Power' launched him into the mainstream.
Robbins has coached some of the world's most high-profile people, including Oprah Winfrey, Andre Agassi, Bill Clinton, Paul Tudor Jones, Serena Williams, Leonardo DiCaprio, Nelson Mandela, Princess Diana, and Mother Teresa.
