the spiderman movies had a lot of potential bc the villains were working class people who had their lives destroyed by a billionaire. they dedicated their entire existences to exacting revenge because they had nothing left to lose, and the worst part is tony stark NEVER knew their names. not as civilians, and not as villains. to someone like tony, to a superhero like iron man, they were insignificant. this could have been such a turning point for peter parker. when instead of following tony’s path, it pushed him to create his own. to go from spiderman: avenger, to spiderman: you friendly neighbor. bc peter parker is the type of person who cares about the little guy, who fights for the little guy, who is a little guy. idk

hey so 2020 is weird and so is my brain and i had a random thought so here we are. you definitely don’t have to do this and you probably won’t know enough about musical theatre to do it but here goes: reader came to nyc to get a degree in performing arts and to get on broadway (or maybe they’ve already been in a show) and the avengers find out and tease the reader so they make the avengers have a broadway 8 hour rehearsal and learn a song & choreo and at the end they’re like nvm this is rly hard
