My Invincible swap AU
Warning this post contains spoilers for the Invincible comic and show don't read unless you've finished both or are ok with being spoiled
Eve swaps with Mark (I've thought about for a while and have built this entire AU around Eve, Mark, and those beings in their lives that can feasibly switch being swapped)
Polly swaps with Nolan (I flip flopped between her and adam but ultimately decided on her due to Eve getting her looks from her)
Phase 2 swaps with Oliver (Phase 2 is Eve's only sibling we've yet to hear speak)
Dr. Brandyworth swaps with Debbie (They're both the only normal 1s of their families)
Cecil swaps with Kregg (Cecil's the most fitting 1 I could think of that matches with the final 2)
Radcliffe swaps with Conquest (They're both blind in 1 eye elders who used to be great but lost their way in their later years leading to their being killed by a member of the next generation)
Steven Erickson swaps with Thragg (They're both Arch Nemeses in part due to killing multiple family members)

What Sunbow Galvatron was:

A villain who seems harmless but can be a genuine threat when he applies himself and who's ultimate goal involves the dissolution of the United Nations.
What Marvel UK Galvatron was:
A much more serious, dangerous, and evil version of the previously mentioned villain with a sinister slasher smile and ever increasing emotional instability being some signature traits of his.
What Galvatron II was:

An even more emotionally unstable being than the previous 2 who became a multiversal menace.
What IDW 2005 Galvatron was:

A barbarian who'll do whatever it takes to obliterate his enemies and and gain more power but can make temporary alliances against mutual foes if need be.
What Aligned Galvatron was:
A cult leader who reveres a Pure Evil demon.
What AOE Galvatron was:
The Empty Shell of a previous installment's main villain who eventually returns to their true identity.
What Beast Wars Uprising Galvatron was:
A long lived main villain voiced by Leonard Nimoy who possessed a younger character's body, using it to continue his plans.

What Sunbow Starscream was:
A screechy treacherous 2nd in command who fancies themself a conqueror but remains an incompetent wannabe regardless.
What Marvel and Dreamwave Starscream were:
The aforementioned treacherous 2nd in command's much more evil and threatening comic version/s.
What Unicron Trilogy Starscream was:

A hero turned Tragic Villain stripped of his fighting prowess by a nigh lethal battle and stripped of his morals by his Pure Evil master who gave him his fighting prowess back only to make him an enslaved enforcer of his goals.
What Bayverse Starscream was:

A live action adaptation of the screechy treacherous 2nd in command who's loyalty to the source materiel can be dubious at times.
What TFA starscream was:

A more serious Pure Evil take on the character who retains plenty signature characteristics of his pervious versions but still only ever plays 2nd fiddle to his master regardless.
What High Moon Starscream was:
More smart then he seems having already betrayed the heroes and with plans to betray his Pure Evil master and claim victory for himself alone.
What Aligned Starscream was:

1 of the most dangerous versions of the character so far who though he remained 2nd fiddle for a time would eventually strike out on his own to gain power greater than that of any his enemies and conqueror galaxies.
What Cyberverse Starscream was:
A normal being turned Omnicidal after a falling out with his group who seeks to create a dark and silent wasteland to rule over.

This post contains spoils for TF1 so watch it before reading this post if you haven't already.
What Sunbow and Marvel Sentinel Prime were:
There's not much to say about Sunbow and Marvel's Sentinel Primes as they're mostly only present to be Optimus's predecessor but due to Hot Rod being intentionally similar to Luke Skywalker in Sunbow we can infer Optimus to be Obi Wan and Sentinel another jedi but he's given far too little characterization to be Yoda who more befits Alpha Trion in any case.
What Dreamwave Sentinel Prime was:
Flash forward to Sentinel's appearances in Dreamwave's Transformers comics and the ultimate guide in 2003-2004 with some more characterization and while still not much it's just enough along with these appearances postdating TPM to allow me to comfortably slot Dreamwave Sentinel as the Qui-Gon Jinn to Optimus' Obi Wan Kenobi and Rodimus' Luke Skywalker.
What TFA Sentinel Prime was:

In an about face the next Sentinel after Dreamwave was a douchebag who's authoritarian policies and xenophobia towards all organic living beings gave a bad name to an already somewhat more checkered than usual Autobot faction.
What Sentinel Zeta Prime was:
Aligned and High Moon's Sentinels are almost as similar to 1 another as Sunbow and Marvel's as like them they share a continuity family despite being from different continuities
Both are ultimately defined by being a well-intentioned but checkered predecessor/mentor/father to Orion Pax/Optimus before he fully became Optimus Prime.
What DOTM Sentinel Prime was:

Briefly teased in ROTF (2009) but not appearing until DOTM (2011) this is the Sentinel that decisively altered the character as the douchebag behavior of TFA was exaggerated to the point of making Sentinel a Pure Evil Villain as bad as The Fallen and worse than the Near Pure Evil Bayverse Megatron; a Youtube comment called Rassilon the Sentinel Prime of Doctor Who which is most feasibly referring to this Sentinel.
Played quite well by the late Leonard Nimoy Sentinel carried DOTM as a Love to Hate Pure Evil Villain netting it a personal score of 5.7/10.
What IDW 2019 Sentinel Prime was:

IDW 2019's Sentinel is both written by a novelist and appears more often than he did in his previous novel appearance, Exodus (2010) the result being a fully fleshed out version of Aligned and High Moon's Sentinels as a checkered but ultimately good mentor/father to Orion Pax/Optimus Prime.
What TF1 Sentinel was:
Despite TF1 and DOTM being set in different continuities TF1 Sentinel's in spirit much like Young Xehanort: the set up to a payoff played by Leonard Nimoy expect unlike Xehanort neither TF1 nor DOTM's Sentinels are tragic Magnificent Bastards but rather Love to Hate Pure Evil Villains.
TF1 Sentinel took all the best qualities of DOTM Sentinel, ran with them, and had them in a movie which was at worst boring netting TF1 a personal score of 6.5/10
Credit to @ultraericthered for the format as despite my complete disagreement with him on many things it'd feel wrong to not give credit to him for inspiring the format of this post
P.S. Infinitus is such a poorly written strawman at least IMO that i've 0 desire to talk about him.
