I like to imagine he can hover around anti gravity style (or maybe also some acoustic levitation) tho I know it’s his back thrusters on his design, I also made him and Shockwave more colorful cuz it’s more recognizable to me that way 😌 Turns out Soundwave’s satellite design is somehow easier to draw than his DOTM for me, but Yknow I’m not complaining cuz I like the idea of a satellite him 😌 his robot mode is neat but only shown in like. The base on Diego Garcia was bustling with life. Autobots and N.E.S.T. soldiers alike were trying to rebuild after the battle with Sentinel Prime and Megatron, voices and machinery echoing throughout the place as everyone tried their best to get things done as quickly as possible.

While the rebuilding was being taken care of by regular soldiers alike, the few highly regarded N.E.S.T members were still taking care of Decepticons while they still could while the U.S. Government decided what they wanted to do with the Autobots.

Time had gone by so fast since then that Christmas was suddenly upon you, and you weren't sure what to do. Did Will even realize what time of year it was? You chewed the inside of your cheek, your pocket feeling heavy as your gift for your colonel as he mulled over paperwork.

You were supposed to be helping him tie up loose ends, but your mind was too occupied with anxiety to be able to focus. You were sure that William had noticed, but he had yet to say anything. However, when you didn't flip the page of a current report you were reading for over five minutes, William finally looked over at you.

"You doing alright?"

You jolted as if you just remembered where you were, and you ducked your head in shame, adverting your eyes away from William's as you replied halfheartedly.

"Oh, uh...yeah, I'm okay."

"You're such a shit liar, you know that?"

His tone was teasing, but William was worried about you. He could tell that you were struggling after the battle; becoming unsure and anxious with everything that you did, and though William didn't want to assume that you no longer wanted to work with N.E.S.T or supported it, he couldn't rule it out.

"My apologies, sir. I just don't want to add more to your plate."

William set his papers down and he turned to you to give his full attention, shaking his head.

"Listen, you're a valuable part of my team, so your well-being matters to me more than some dumbass reports our lovely Director of National Security wants."

You couldn't help but to chuckle, shaking your head at his sarcastic tone, and William smiled slightly. You became quiet; slowly drawing back into your shell as you began to think, and then you sighed and slipped your hand into your pocket.

Taking out a poorly-wrapped gift, you gave it to him, William's eyes widening in shock from the gesture.

"It's...almost Christmas, and you know that I don't really have folks at home, so you guys are as family as it gets. So, uh...Merry Christmas, Colonel."

William was astounded, caught off guard, and he moved to sit next to you, his frame slightly towering over yours as he inspected it.

"Wow, that's so kind of you, (L/n). You know you didn't have to do that, right?"

"I know, but...the opportunity came up and I took it because I knew this would be important for you."

William glanced at you before he carefully unwrapped the gift, and within his hands was a large disc with Cybertronian written on it. William wasn't sure why, but it seemed familiar, and you said quietly.

"It's Ironhide's Audio Receptor. I recovered it from the ashes, and I think it wasn't affected by Sentinel's gun because it fell off first before the rust touched it. I thought that you would want to have it."

William was floored, and his fingers brushed against the disc, speechless. You, however, continued to speak.

"I made sure to ask Optimus if it was okay to give it to you, and even Optimus agreed that you would be the most deserving person to have the last remnant that remains of Ironhide."

William glanced over at you, and he asked you softly.

"Is this why you've been so nervous since the battle? I thought...maybe you just didn't want to be apart of the team anymore. I thought you were waiting to ask me to resign."

Your eyes widened, and you shook your head, waving your hands wildly in front of you.

"Oh, no, no! God, no, I could never leave this job, Will. You, and the rest of N.E.S.T. have become my family. I pledged my life to you, and that hasn't changed. I just...I wasn't sure how to give this to you because I didn't want to upset you...and I wasn't sure if you were gonna go home for the holidays or not."

William wrapped his arm around your shoulders, bringing you close and resting his head against yours, your heart racing within your chest. He couldn't speak, choked up for a moment, and his voice was just above a whisper as he replied.

"This means more to me than you realize. Thank you, truly."

You relaxed against him, chuckling quietly.

"I'm glad that you liked it. I know it's probably a bit weird, but-"

"-No, it's not weird at all."

William cut you off. He sighed for a moment before he pulled away from you to hold the disc with two hands. He was staring down at the metal, his eyes looking exhausted as his shoulders sagged slightly.

"I miss him a lot...he was a good friend."

You rested your hand on his shoulders, your voice gentle.

"I'm sure he thought of you the same way, Colonel. If you'd like, I can take over doing reports so our lovely Director of National Security doesn't decide to drop by just to scream about the reports."

William shook his head gently, smiling before he propped up the disc against the lamp, the metal sparkling slightly within the light as William said.

"No, it's okay. I've got some pretty good motivation to get shit done now."

Smiling widely at William, he playfully nudged you before the two of you began to work on the reports again.

END DAY 11

Poor thing seems so stressed to the point there's no bubbly cheer in the 4th movie

It’s been a few months since Sentinel and Megatron have been defeated. Everyone is just.. so tired of everything. Running, fighting, dealing with everything all over again. It’s a never ending loop. You’ve also noticed Bumblebee seems a bit down lately… As if that happy bumblebee inside of him stopped buzzing…

Tonight he decided to stay with you, in your garage. He wouldn’t come out though. Usually he’d have fun in your backyard, make some mess on accident, tap your bedroom window and try to come in through the backyard door.

You decided to check on him. You opened the backyard garage door.

“Bee…?”

He let out a low buzz.

“Hey…” you warmly smiled at him and approached, giving his hood a gentle pat, “You okay there…?”

He was silent for a couple of seconds, then he carefully transformed, supporting himself with his knee as he was leaning closer to you.

Standing in front of him, you cupped his faceplate with both of your hands, lovingly looking into his beautiful, shining blue orbs. He sunk into your tender touch, closing his optics… Your heart ached for him but you didn’t let that warm smile leave your face.

“Resting, huh?” you spoke to him softly, your voice like the sweetest honey dripping from your mouth.

He opened his optics, looking at you like a sad puppy… He nodded.

“Come on out. The sky is beautiful tonight.” you stepped aside.

His spark warmed up as he carefully got out, walking farther into your backyard, looking up. He happily buzzed as he slowly sat down on the soft grass, touching it a little.

He then looked at you and let you climb on his servo. He brought you closer to his face and let you sit on his chassis. He kept his servo gently wrapped around you, just in case. You were gently holding onto his index digit while looking up at the starry sky.

“Do you ever wonder how many lives are out there, similar to us? What we’re looking at now is an endless space… Technically, we all share the same sky.” you smiled, “I think that’s beautiful… and unsettling.” you chuckled.

You gave him an idea. He pointed at Venus.

“Yeah, that’s planet Venus.” you smiled.

He lifted his other arm closer to you as a clear hologram of Venus shined from the top of his forearm. Your eyes widened as the hologram reflected in your pretty eyes.

“The planet of love.” he spoke over the radio as he lovingly looked at you, his optics spinning and expanding.

He made you blush and giggle, “Oh you…” your heart fluttering. You gave his face plate a soft smooch which made his spark turn into a puddle and almost leak out of his chassis. He scooted you a bit closer and snuggled against your face and shoulder as you moved your arm under his chin and placed your soft hand onto his face plate.

He then pointed onto another shining dot in the sky. It was Saturn. He also displayed its hologram.

“My favorite— planet in the Solar system.”

Dialogue option 1:

“Aww! It’s so cute you did research. Saturn is my favorite too!” you smiled at him.

“Twins!!” he made you laugh with that girly quote from a movie.

Dialogue option 2:

“Aww! It’s so cute you did research. A lot of people also like Saturn, its rings make it look so unique.”

“What’s your favorite— planet?” he asked over the radio.

You told him your favorite one in the Solar system. He scanned the sky and pointed at it.

“There!” he showed you the hologram of it. While you were looking at it in awe, he was too busy looking at your cute face with wide, sparkly eyes full of surprise and a big honest smile.

“Can you show me your planet?” you asked curiously.

Bumblebee looked up at the sky again. He was scanning it a bit longer. He couldn’t find it…

“It’s too— far away… I can’t find it…” he said with a sad face expression.

“Oh, Bee… I’m so sorry… You must miss it a lot…” you said while gently caressing his face plate.

“I do…” he showed you the hologram of his planet he kept in his memory… He deeply vented and ex-vented, as if he sighed…

“Wow… it’s beautiful…”

“Was…” Bee let out a sad buzz as he turned off the hologram.

“Heey heyheyhey.. Don’t lose hope, buddy, okay?” you said reassuringly with a warm smile, “You will bring it back one day. I know you will. Hope dies last.”

He gently nuzzled his face plate against your soft cheek and hair, closing his optics as cute, low buzzing rumbled in his warm chassis. He held you close with both of his servos as you touched his face plate with both of your tiny hands.

He gently pressed his muzzle against your lips, as if he wanted to kiss you… That made you giggle as you gave him a sweet, long kiss. You made his bumblebee-like antennas wiggle as his spark almost started beating like a human heart.

He slowly lay down on the nicely trimmed, fresh grass, keeping you close to him as he was gently petting your head with his index digit. You sighed lovingly and relaxed in his tender, caring embrace.

“I could stay like this with you forever…” you said.

“Me too— Y/N…” he actually said your name… He almost made you cry…

He played “Wicked Game” by Chris Isaak, it’s one of his favorite summer songs.

You continued stargazing and enjoying some relaxing, mostly vintage music that Bee was playing over the radio while cuddling. This might be one of Bumblebee’s favorite moments with you so far.

Since Cybertron was in a decaying state at the time of Optimus and Megatron's hatching and their egg couldn't develop properly, the brothers were born as small protoforms that couldn't feed on their own or even see at the begining unlike fully formed hatchlings that are similar to a toddler.

This means that Sentinel, instead of having two toddlers that were easier to take care of, was now stuck with the equivalent of two newborn kittens.

While Megatron is the strongest hatchling, Optimus takes the crown when it comes to being the more vocal.

Primus, give him patience.

I've been on a Transformers binge lately. As lukewarm as I feel about the Michael Bay-directed Transformers films, they do have cool moments. The moment Optimus slams down his mouth guard after he says this in response to Megatron saying, "And besides, who would you be without me, Prime?" is so friggin' cool IMO. The way the music builds up as Megatron says that, the track silencing as Prime says the the line, and then swelling back up as Optimus kills Megatron is sick. Also, Peter Cullen's performance as Optimus Prime is awesome as always. The context in which it happens and how easily Prime beats Megatron bothers me a little but that's just me nitpicking. What Sunbow and Marvel Sentinel Prime were:

There's not much to say about Sunbow and Marvel's Sentinel Primes as they're mostly only present to be Optimus's predecessor but due to Hot Rod being intentionally similar to Luke Skywalker in Sunbow we can infer Optimus to be Obi Wan and Sentinel another jedi but he's given far too little characterization to be Yoda who more befits Alpha Trion in any case.

What Dreamwave Sentinel Prime was:

Flash forward to Sentinel's appearances in Dreamwave's Transformers comics and the ultimate guide in 2003-2004 with some more characterization and while still not much it's just enough along with these appearances postdating TPM to allow me to comfortably slot Dreamwave Sentinel as the Qui-Gon Jinn to Optimus' Obi Wan Kenobi and Rodimus' Luke Skywalker.

What TFA Sentinel Prime was:

In an about face the next Sentinel after Dreamwave was a douchebag who's authoritarian policies and xenophobia towards all organic living beings gave a bad name to an already somewhat more checkered than usual Autobot faction.

What Sentinel Zeta Prime was:

Aligned and High Moon's Sentinels are almost as similar to 1 another as Sunbow and Marvel's as like them they share a continuity family despite being from different continuities

Both are ultimately defined by being a well-intentioned but checkered predecessor/mentor/father to Orion Pax/Optimus before he fully became Optimus Prime.

What DOTM Sentinel Prime was:

Briefly teased in ROTF (2009) but not appearing until DOTM (2011) this is the Sentinel that decisively altered the character as the douchebag behavior of TFA was exaggerated to the point of making Sentinel a Pure Evil Villain as bad as The Fallen and worse than the Near Pure Evil Bayverse Megatron; a Youtube comment called Rassilon the Sentinel Prime of Doctor Who which is most feasibly referring to this Sentinel.

Played quite well by the late Leonard Nimoy Sentinel carried DOTM as a Love to Hate Pure Evil Villain netting it a personal score of 5.7/10.

What IDW 2019 Sentinel Prime was:

IDW 2019's Sentinel is both written by a novelist and appears more often than he did in his previous novel appearance, Exodus (2010) the result being a fully fleshed out version of Aligned and High Moon's Sentinels as a checkered but ultimately good mentor/father to Orion Pax/Optimus Prime.

What TF1 Sentinel was:

Despite TF1 and DOTM being set in different continuities TF1 Sentinel's in spirit much like Young Xehanort: the set up to a payoff played by Leonard Nimoy expect unlike Xehanort neither TF1 nor DOTM's Sentinels are tragic Magnificent Bastards but rather Love to Hate Pure Evil Villains.

TF1 Sentinel took all the best qualities of DOTM Sentinel, ran with them, and had them in a movie which was at worst boring netting TF1 a personal score of 6.5/10

P.S. Infinitus is such a poorly written strawman at least IMO that i've 0 desire to talk about him.
