i also thought abt splitting the tournament into sam, dean, cas, or other character eps. which i think would have been fun! but eps like swan song and lucifer rising are well balanced. like id call lucifer rising a cas or a ruby ep bc they have the two most memorable parts of the ep.

to be honest with y’all. when i realized i could have set up the tournament in regions (kripke, gamble, carver, dabb) i thought about restarting the whole thing. but i figured no one cared if it actually modeled the march madness tournament.

fuck both those tied episodes put the end back in and make it fight ftbyam

now here’s a battle i’d like to see. my money is on the end tho. ftbyam doesn’t really know what do with sam so he’s just. like eating a salad and then being tortured by visions while dean and cas are on a date. the end solves this problem by being like “uhhh and sam doesn’t come to the future ig”

For the tie: just discard them both everybody knows they're not gonna make it any further the reason they tied is because they are both underwhelming

i kind of want to just bring back two favorite episodes. it would fuck up the bracket competition and make determining a winner basically impossible HOWEVER what’s more supernatural than what dies not staying dead.

so the thing is id be putting them up against free to you and me which does feel like i’m keeping them alive a lil longer so i can wash my hands of the slaughter.

you could maybe do whichever is higher rated on imdb? or move both on and do a 3way competition for the next round?

yeah if we went by imdb we’d have to let 2x20 take it. and that doesn’t sit right with my spirit. lots of ppl suggesting a 3 way competition. i kind of want do sth more chaotic than that.

i know regarding dean was the objectively worse episode but i had to vote for it because it made me cry (alzheimer's family haver)
