On November 30, 2019, my debut EP, Carnality will officially be 1 year old. To celebrate this occasion, I will be releasing the vocal mix of the title with the vocals courtesy of my friend @kinggeorgemcmxcvii aka “Death Tr@p”. This song is kind of a “Synthwave-meets-Downtempo-meets-Goth Trap-meets-Spoken Word” type of song. Over the course of 2019, specifically in the latter half, I’ve been able to meet so many artists like me irl & befriend many of them. It’s one thing I didn’t get to do last year. This second half of the year has been really rough for me due to a lot of personal things I’ve been dealing with, but meeting you guys means the fucking world & it makes me feel a lot less alone. You know what’s the cool thing about being DIY as fuck? I get to make my own artwork. I made these using a combination of royalty free images from a website called Pexels, and then edited the images using the free version of an online program called Befunky. After much anticipation, I finally saw @tfp_insta (The Funeral Portrait) live in concert & met @leejennings irl! He & I actually met through a couple mutual friends via the internet. Whatever you do, don’t fucking sleep on The Funeral Portrait. They’re going to change the game in the rock world. I managed to cop a shirt, a poster & a drumstick to take home with me. In addition to TFP being the highlight of my Friday in Greenville, SC, I went to Asheville again for the third time in 3 years. Me & my dad ate some good food, spent the night in a really fancy hotel and went on a Ghost Tour via Trolley. I had a hell of a weekend. Now, back to the old grindstone.
