Update!

Thank you SO MUCH for all the good vibes and lovely screenshots! It was very kind and uplifting to come home to!

The ultimate result was the discovery of biliary sludge - a buildup in my gallbladder that was undetected until now. Come to find out, yes, this can cause pancreatitis.

The next step is not one I wanted to hear - surgery to remove my gallbladder.

But it's a necessary step because leaving it as is could mean the pancreatitis returns (which is far worse). I've got to get everything scheduled for that, so it's a take-it-as-it-comes situation right now.

I'm heading in for an endoscopy procedure at the hospital today to follow up on my pancreatitis from last month. Good vibes and happy OC pics are appreciated!

Should be fine (says Scylla-mun), but it's always a little scary to have stuff done when you're under anesthesia.
