Autumn Skies at Spring Point Ledge Lighthouse. I began making this 4 minute 33 second exposure because of the color in the sky, and there was no light on the lighthouse. Portland Head Lighthouse, despite being one of the most photographed lighthouses, calls me back often because of the endless photographic possibilities. On this day, the water was so calm I decided to emphasize that and use a long exposure to capture it.
