I have so much to talk about this, and I will in detail soon, but first

Hikari has: gotten mauled by pokémon, broke bones, got infections, various sickness, poisoned, almost drowned, frostbite and hypothermia all doing work for the Survey Corps. All because this man forced a child to put their life in danger just to have the right to stay in the village.

And then he just kicks them out on a whim. God I have no words for this adult

The Clans and Noble Artifacts.

The nobles are pokémon who have joined forces with with the ancient Celestica People's Hero to find and battle Almighty Sinnoh. Upon their victory, they were blessed with incredible power to look over and protect the land of Hisui.

But pokémon aren't immortal. Living creatures, they would produce offspring that would inherit its title and blessings once they time had come.

However, the process of inheritance wasn't always immediate. A nobleless clan, during times of war and strife against each other for land and religion, would mean a great disadvantage.

Therefore, the clans would honor the fallen nobles by crafting artifacts of their deceased bodies, which would carry their powers from when they were alive.

Diverse forms and shapes of artifacts were found. From weapons such as bows, swords, lances and daggers, to accessories like rings, amulets, crowns and even clothing, all crafted with skin, bones, cartilage or foliage.

They were used for rituals to honor, cherish and appease Almighty Sinnoh, as well as rituals to ascend the new Nobles to their thrones. Their mysterious powers were also utilized during conflicts between Clans during the Ancient Clan Wars of Hisui.

Once the Ancient Galaxy Team arrived to Hisui, their effort bore peaceful fruits to end the war of the two distinct populations of the region. With time, the artifacts became less and less important, as the society mingled and mixed out of the duality of beliefs.

It is unknown at which point the Noble Pokémon were extinct or devoid of their blessings.

I = Intimacy

Hikari doesn't demonstrate their feelings ever, even on the daily. For hookups, there's never a hint of love or sentiment that's not respect. They're sure to cater to their partner's needs and care for them if need be but nothing passionate or lovingly.

Lucas is their childhood friend. Rowan's assistant that taught them how to catch pokémon and how pokémarts looked like. The friend that was there when Saturn exploded the lake, and the friend that was there when they climbed Mt. Coronet to face Cyrus.

A precious friend whom they failed astronomically.

Because they didn't realize there was something wrong with him. They failed to see the danger preying on him after they were back from Mt. Coronet, that has been there for the entire last half of their journey and for the year after that.

A friend they abandoned for four years and that was irremediably changed when they came back. A friend whose soul and fate were no longer mutable, a friend in pain.

But it's okay because no matter how much Lucas has changed, Hikari loves him and will love him forever. What darkrai can never change is his gentle soul, and the memories and feelings they have shared in the past and will share in the future.

The least they can do know I try the best they can to make sure Lucas won't be in pain, and that his body will be able to take the changes going on with his soul. Feed him, care for him, and stay with him.

In fact... Hikari hopes he'll never leave them. They're tired of the loneliness, of the shackles they have been put in by family and fate. Their love is highly selfish as well.

Very faintly their eyes seems to shine when Gold mentions Ecruteak. They haven't visited yet but Hikari is very interested on visiting the most traditional city, the burned tower and the theater...

There's much work to do first, however.

They ponder for a brief moment, eyes fluttering close as if to evoke some memories. Volo, who claimed to be part of the Celestica People, had intense hatred towards Arceus. To them, it felt like a sentiment coming from disappointment rather than intolerance...

"I would love that, as long as it does not get in the way of your schedule. It is actually very important to have the thoughts and vision of the locals to properly understand the context of ancient buildings."

"I could not agree more, especially here in Johto. If you have yet to do so, I would suggest visiting Ecruteak. It is home to one of the primary sites of worship in the region, to Ho-Oh. Though, truths be told, there are countless shrines scattered all over dedicated to different Legendary Pokemon."

"I have heard much the same, though as far as I know there has never been a date pinpointed. There is a temple, nestled deep in the Tohjo, that is a shrine to Arceus. I have never visited it myself, but several of my colleagues have."

Gold hums.

"Not that you would require aid, but I would be glad to escort you, if it is ever needed."

The Johto Champion is very, very energetic. As expected of Ho-Oh's chosen, she has an extremely benevolent and bright aura that could and would certainly intimidade most minor malevolent spirits, to her luck.

There's nothing bad with that. The Johto Champion, alongside the Kanto Champions, were people whom young Hikari would look up to and envy, for their freedom and for, well, how cool they were.

They haven't met them in person before, however. She looks very friendly and an actual sweetheart... how does she not get tired of being nice?

Mx Kamo thoughts on you...

Ree seems to be a very energetic child that works hard as most trainers who have a genuine love for pokémon battling. They remind them of their childhood friend Barry, although less impatient.

Besides, this kid seems to carry very interesting pokémon with them. Not only the Alpha Oshawott, but a pokémon with their heart closed off and another with a strange, terrifying aura of something too ancient to be fully identified.

Hopefully they are very safe.
