To give more thoughts on my post, I think I’ll have the phantom thieves still be a thing, but like, they fight witches now.

I think I’m gonna make Akechi wish for vengeance against Shido but if that’s the wish I need to decide if I wanna have Akechi wish for it 2.5 years ago or when he’s already getting manipulated by Shido. If I have it happen 2.5 years ago that would do a lot of good, so it’s gonna generate a terrible fate for akechi, but if it’s like when he meets Akira, then it’s not gonna do as much good since so many people have already been affected by Shido so not as much of a bad fate, maybe not gonna be a Sayaka type fate, could be a Mami one tho. Or I could have him wish for something like getting out of the foster system since Kyubey comes to like middle schoolers that are rlly not doin well, and Akechi is pretty good “suffering and desperate to get out of his situation even if he has to kill” material. And then I can keep the Shido plotline from Persona 5.

For the other kids tho, I have no idea so I’m gonna have to look into those characters more before I decide, but I think y’all can tell I just rlly like Akechi

okay so I’d like to present a new theory

The Yin Yang Theory

Okay so basically we all know what the symbol looks like right?

Anyway Yin Yang doesn’t necessarily represent opposites but two foils that are interdependent, two opposing things that rely on each other to create balance.

Well, the “core” sides and the “dark” sides are very good foils like Patton and Janus are foils and Roman and Remus are foils. (okay stay with me y’all)

well in SVSR, right next to the 07734 number, there’s this

Which means that there probably is 8 sides! Okay now back to the Yin Yang-

On the white side there’s a black dot and on the black side there’s a white dot-

What if.... the dots represent Virgil and his counterpart.. on opposite sides from where they originally were? Like there’s a dark side in the “light” side and a “light” side on the dark side? If it’s true that means the sides represent more than just parts of Thomas’ personality, they could represent balance! It could also mean that despite their differences they rely and depend on each other!

now look at your characters. y’know, the ones who are in constant danger and about to be slaughtered like cattle on any given day? no matter how classy or innocent, they’re still people.

straight cis people complain about lgbtq+ people shoving it in their faces all the time, but here’s the thing: we have to.

like. i’m trans. i have a trans pin on my jacket and a pretty clear HE pin as well (and I know it’s not about how easy the pin is to read: my old one was even more clear and the same stuff happened. every. day.). Yet, every time I go somewhere, I’m called a girl. People use she/her for me. They refer to a group with me in it as “ladies.” Even though I’ve clearly shown what pronouns to use. 

I introduce myself as James and people call me Jane or comment on how ‘that’s an unusual name’ (with the extremely obvious for a girl going unspoken most of the time), and continue to use she/her for me. Sometimes, they ask me how to spell it (they ask me how to spell James.) because they can’t believe a ‘girl’ would have that name.

If I want somebody to stop misgendering me, I have to say out loud that I’m trans, use he/him pronouns for me. I have to remind them every day, every time they misgender me, until they stop. And they never do stop completely. Even if they met me after I came out and have therefore always known me as a guy.

If you want us to stop ‘shoving it in your face’ maybe pay attention to our signals first.
