xiao was extremely quiet, reserved and pretty much no one knew him except for the select view who xiao would look up to. xiao appreciated them very much but would only show it through more expressive "please" and "thank you"s.

as you took an interest in xiao, he also took an interest in you. why were you almost always near him? almost always in his line of sight. he would look at you or give small glances as you would walk past him.

xiao was understanding, calm and patient with you. but after you finished rambling on about this and that, you felt a part of you feel like it wasn’t fair that it was only you talking about yourself and you wished that xiao would talk about himself more
