Pre-t I wore the same size in women’s underwear as mens and it felt a little loose on me (small). After being on testosterone for a few months my ass got bigger so I wore a bigger size and it fit comfortably on me (medium). You’ll probably need a large/xl in mens as well, unless that women’s underwear was very baggy on you and you want tight underwear.
