I promised a sloppy doodle of whoever character won my poll, so here is Sebastian! Had too much fun with the rake brush again, so I spent more time than I planned. Welp, I enjoyed myself so it was worth it. Sparks Sebastian has a skeleton hand tattoo, it looks kinda funky when most of the arm is clothed though.
