An online book club for horror readers with brave souls
intro
Hey there! I'm Cass, and I would like to invite you into the wonderful world of terrifying books. Let's expand our literary worlds together.
Here's how it'll work: you folks send in book suggestions. I make a poll once every two months and we as a group choose a book. Then, for the rest of the month we read that book. You can send in asks as you read but since I'll be reading too I won't open them until the next month. During the next month I will answer asks. Then the cycle starts again with a new poll.
Schedule
March - reading (book TBD)
April - reading (same book as March; it will not be regular to be reading for two months, but since we started late in March that book will extend to this month)
May - discussing (book TBD)
June - reading (book TBD)
July - discussing (book TBD)
August - reading (book TBD)
September - discussing (book TBD)
October - reading (book TBD)
November - discussing (book TBD)
December - reading (book TBD)
January - discussing (book TBD)
February - reading (book TBD)

Major trigger warnings: (anything described in detail, mentioned multiple times, and/or commonly viewed as extremely triggering should go here)
Minor trigger warnings: (anything described very vaguely and/or mentioned once or twice should go here)
Blurb: (make sure to describe the book and its appeal, but please no major spoilers or anything from the second half of the book)
Where to read: (something online would be ideal, more people will be able to access it. check the Internet archive! or other online Libraries!)
book discussion
Chapter/page you've read to: (I will actively ignore asks that don't have this part until the very end of the second month. this is so no one gets spoiled before they're ready)
