Florence and Isaac get along really well. They’re both pretty reserved, so for them just sitting in the same room doing their schoolwork is good social interaction. She’s also started taking over feeding the chickens.

Spring is coming to an end, and Caroline checks to make sure the garden will still be good for the autumn.

Jacob has decided to take up woodworking, which is much more difficult than his father made it look. His siblings still think he’s cool, at least! And Caroline uses his shoddy planter box, so there’s something. Befriending the cow, Rose, is slow going but at least she lets him milk her.

He spends another afternoon out with Altha, this time in the town square. Do they really ever think they’re being subtle? Really?

The years go by and life settles into its new routine. Jacob is still happy with his choice to stay home, and Tommy and Caroline are happy too. It’s always good having extra help around the house.

Tommy is still sending his poetry out every so often, and Jacob practices his violin whenever he gets the chance. Florence always seems very interested in whatever her father has written. All in all, a very creative family.

The household chores get done quickly, leaving Jacob with plenty of free time in the afternoon. Most days, he and Altha sneak off together into the hidden corners of the Bramblewood.

But it’s not just innocent friendship between kids anymore. Jacob is starting to see Altha in a different like, and it seems like she feels the same. Of course, they try to keep their little flirtations a secret, their parents would probably be outraged if they knew about it.

Well, they try to keep it a secret. Mom and Dad have a pretty good idea of what Jacob is up to when he comes home with a big lovestruck grin on his face. They think it's sweet. Isaac brings over his friend Mila fairly often. She lives by the town square with a lot of siblings so she's probably happy to get away from all the business. They like to tease each other.

Poor Florence doesn't have many friends! She's very quiet and studious, prefers reading and doing her schoolwork to playing with the other kids. Hopefully one day she'll make a little friend!

Well this set has been a long time coming. I first mocked up the cot back when Growing Together released, but put it on the backburner while I worked on other things. I finally had the inspiration to finish the set and here we are. I decided to focus on infants and not toddlers but maybe in the future I will revisit and add to this theme. But right now I am really pleased with it as a standalone project.

my name is dee (21, they/them) and i have over 2500 hours on Sims 4 alone! i've been meaning to start a simblr for years now but like most things in my life i keep forgetting to do it…until now! i play both modern and historical saves (currently the latter) and have taken a million screenshots of my little pixel people and can't wait to start sharing them. i love/hate building in the sims and planning on posting some of my fav builds here as well.

in the immediate future im gonna start posting my current legacy/pseudo decades challenge story, which is actually a test run for a challenge i am writing, and im super excited abt that!

The fact that the team gave us horses that they're planning to route around everywhere BEFORE the option of giving us wheelchairs, cains, and other mobility assistance options really rustles my jimmies. So they're planning on moving a giant creature around, but they can't figure out how to adhere to ADA laws? PFFFT
