Oh Anthro… poor, stupid Anthro.
You got away with so much for so long, but I knew it was a matter of time before your anger issues and appalling behaviour got you into a hole you couldn’t escape from.
It’s a shame really, for some reason there were people who actually enjoyed your content, imagine how much you’ve disappointed them. You’ve made them all look like idiots for believing and standing by you. Your behaviour has hurt so many people, and now no one can defend you.
All I can say is I hope the people you hurt can move on from your bullshit and have long and happy lives. And as for you, your fake apologies won’t save you again, everyone knows exactly who you are, and no one likes it.
All the best to Cartoonshi and everyone else this guy’s vile behaviour affected.

It's St Patrick's Day. And what better way to celebrate it, than to draw a picture based on the critically-acclaimed Irish animated 2020 film, Wolfwakers. With Robyn and good ol Mehb. And also give my thoughts on the movie itself.
A little rundown of this film and it's studio, Cartoon Saloon. These guys have made some of the most beautiful and stunning animated movies to date. From Secret of Kells, Song of the Sea, The Breadwinner, and now this. It's seriously like it's paintings coming to life, while also telling charming yet emotionally gripping stories involving Irish folklore. (Except Breadwinner.) Song of the Sea, alone has become my favorite film that they made, and is one of my favorite animated films of all time. It's a must see for any or all animation fans.
But now, let's talk about this movie. Wolfwalkers.
This film follows a girl named Robyn, living only with her father, in a town that lives to hunt wolves, who meets and befriends a wolfwalker named Mebh. Wolfwaklers are beings that are human when awake, but when they sleep, their conscious is transferred into a wolf form as their human body still sleeps. Ultimately, Robyn gets caught up in the conflict between the townsfolk and the wolves of the forest.
That's all I'm saying though without spoilers. All I can say, is that if you haven't seen this movie, see it in anyway you can, because this film is just beautiful. Literally everything in this film is just powerful beauty that holds tight with it's emotion and themes. The characters are beyond charming and lovable and given great vocal performances from the actors and actresses. Everything from Sean Beans excellent and emotional performance as Robyn's caring father. But, it's the dynamic between Robyn and Mebh that's the heart and soul of the movie, every scene their in, is filled with either charm or deep emotion. And yes. This film does have it's fair share of heartbreaking scenes. But, ones that don't feel forced, and help drive the film all the way up to it's thrilling climax.
While Song of the Sea is still my favorite Cartoon Saloon movie, this one, is honestly a close second. So, in short, I love this movie. It ended up being my favorite film of 2020 honestly. While I am a little disappointed it didn't win the Oscar for best animated feature, this film has gained recognition by a dedicated audience, and it's nice to see that there can still be beauty and breathtaking art without the need of CGI.
So, two big thumbs up for this must see movie. 👍👍 Check it out if you can.
Happy St Patrick's Day everyone! 🍀🍀☘️

Also known as "The Dragon and the Freckled Princess" in Japan, the latest anime film directed by Mamoru Hosoda, has been released theatrically and internationally here in the USA.
This man also directed, "The Girl Who Leapt Through Time", "Summer Wars", "Wolf Children" (have not seen yet), "The Boy and the Beast", and "Mirai".
This is his latest movie, takes inspiration from the 1756 French fairy tale "Beauty and the Beast" by Jeanne-Marie Leprince de Beaumont. It's about a girl named Suzu who used to have a passion for music thanks to her being inspired by her mother. But after her mother losses her life saving a child from drowning, she becomes depressed and can't find the will to sing anymore, that is until she enters a virtual world called "U", where she takes the form of a persona named Bell. Here, she finally becomes confidant enough to sing again, and ultimately becomes a diva celebrity in "U". But, things get crazy when she sees another user taking the form of an angry dragon like beast who everyone in "U" despises because of his aggression. But Suzu believes there's more to this "beast" than there is...
And that's about all I'm gonna say about this movie. All I can say, is that I absolutely loved this movie, despite some flaws that can be at times distracting, but not enough to ruin my experience. I have seen it twice already and it got better the second time I saw it. This is one of the best anime films that I have seen in a while. Do I recommend this movie though... Well. While I enjoyed it, I honestly can see why some wouldn't find enjoyment out of it, the pacing is a bit slow at times, there are some ridiculous moments, and some of the things involving the operation of the virtual world "U" could have been explained more. Thing is, this may not be a film for everyone, so there's no guarantee that you'll like it, but I still say check it out, because what it does good, it does amazing. This is probably the best looking film that the director has made because the visuals are just mind blowing, and the songs and soundtracks are outstanding to listen to. And I think these two elements blended really really well together. The story is simple, but is told in such a unique and artistic way. I really really feel like the director put his heart and soul into this movie. So if you guys get a chance, see this movie. Again, I can't guarantee you will like this movie, but we all have tastes. And I do hope this film gains more attention as time goes by.
