For others that are struggling not snacking on stuff in their work place ( I mean if you work at a bakery and they allow you to have a little something from time to time but ends up being pretty high c@l) just always have gum in your mouth.
Its kind of disgusting but at the start of my shift I take a gum and use it for 3hrs before changing it.
Anytime someone offers me something the gum reminds me of my goals. (And can be an excuse if they are forcing it on you)

I don’t know if I’m the only one who has intense cravings for sugar in my period but I found that jolly ranchers are low c@l and long lasting.
So when it gets really intense I eat one. PLUS the new tropical flavors are so good

I swear to god I hate doctors so much, like I wasn’t even underweight and they were trying to make me gain weight (they were able to) but I’m going to lose double with the winter arc. I’m not joking it’s time to lock in.

I’m soon going to be in the clear from my doctor and won’t have to go get weighed anymore!!! You know what that meansss- I gained like 1-2 pounds from the past few months of forced recovery but i plan to lose around 14 so it’s ok

Ima start posting again- I’m finally being let loose by my doctors and stuff. They are making me eat 3 meals a day and stuff but I found that if I don’t eat anything else except those meals and exercise a lot I won’t gain and I’ll just maintain.
Working out in secret sucks though

I’m almost out of ‘recovery’ they are just watching my weight so it doesn’t go down (I’m not underweight (yet) so they are just making sure I’m losing my Ed habits ig)
I’ve maintained everything I’ve lost and been acting like I don’t want to lose weight and they seem to believe me. I’ll probably be in the clear to lose again in like a month or 2 so around when school starts…💔
