Applejack — Atraxan Survivor
Applejack is another one where I could have gone either way; I actually think Laranthian would have made a lot of sense for her, too, and might draw and post that version eventually. I went with Atraxan in the end both for the colors and because I like the idea of her being bigger; Laranthians are strong in a wiry way, but I feel like AJ has some bulk behind her.
Atraxans also have strong family bonds and values, which matches with Applejack's life and personality; I could see her saying a prayer or two to her ancestors. Honesty isn't specifically an Atraxan value, but I still feel like she would fit in with the culture overall.
She's a Survivor because, working on a farm, I imagine she's accrued more than a few useful tracking and survival skills, not to mention an affinity for nature. This fits in well with the Survivor move set, and I think would be overall in character for her. If she were a Laranthian, I think she'd be a bug farmer; on Citadel-8, I think her family would be struggling to restore a small plot of land on their own.

Rarity — Zair Psion
I waffled quite a bit on how to classify Rarity; I initially was going to make her Kokoro (and may indeed eventually publish the Kokoro version), but in the end I was struggling to make the design feel like "her" and I felt like it might send the wrong message about her personality. I instead considered that she represents the element of generosity and asked myself which species embodied that the best; I landed on Zairs, which works well with her color scheme as well.
Zair culture is big on community, cooperation, mutual aid, and helping those who need it, which certainly sounds like Rarity. I think she would also connect with the circular / spiral view of time, especially as she works herself into cycles with her artwork (fashion). I also think having 4 arms would be incredibly useful to a seamstress.
I made Rarity a Psion because in the end, the best class to match her elegance, grace, and dexterity would have to be the "levitating items with your mind" class-- plus, she's a unicorn, so there's some resonance there. Psions are also known to have a lot of power behind them even if they seem unassuming, which I think matches with her character over the course of the show.

Pinkie Pie — Sucralite Idol
Of course Pinkie Pie would be a Sucralite. Normally, Sucralites have lighter tufts and darker fur, but Pinkie has a rare pigment inversion that matches her canon look more closely. Her eyes are also a little weird but... No one knows if they're naturally like that or if she had surgery for it. She loves everything sweet, bright, and fun, and would definitely still have a bakery on Sucralis, but maybe with even more elaborate cakes. She's all about fun and laughter, and loves a good party, just like any good Sucralite.
She would be an Idol because of her bright personality and desire to entertain; I think she, specifically, would be a "comedian" type Idol, who's known for making people laugh and has a dedicated following who adore her. Her outfit above is probably on the "chill" side of the elaborate fits she would concoct, I think-- partly as a bit, and partly out of genuine enjoyment.

Rainbow Dash — Eshenali Bodyguard
The first obvious reason that I chose to make RD Eshenali is because flying is a big deal to her, and she needs to still be able to fly. Secondly, I think she'd love being a massive fire breathing dragon, and I think she'd take the most advantage of being muscular and large. I don't think she'd enjoy living on Eshenal, but she'd do well on another, less icy planet.
I also wanted to note that, as the representation of Loyalty, it makes the most sense for RD to be Eshenali. Loyalty is probably the main virtue in their culture, and remaining loyal to friends and family is expected, so thematically it made sense for her too.
I chose Bodyguard for her class because I think she'd want to use her strength and speed to help and protect her friends; she could get physical, but only if her friends need her to, and her connection to them is very important. Kind of a "if you want to get to my friends, you've gotta get through me" scenario.

Fluttershy — Lunestrian Empath
I'll admit I made Fluttershy a Lunestrian for the potential to have long pink hair and to make her tall (which I feel in my heart that she would be); I think she could easily be a Zair or Sucralite too, but I also liked the potential for her living underwater and having fish friends. Additionally, Lunestrians can communicate nonverbally through telepathy, and I feel like Fluttershy would strongly prefer to communicate that way.
Empath was a tough choice; another acceptable choice for her could be Survivor thanks to their ability to connect with animals (potentially), but she doesn't strike me as the MacGyver type. I could see her telepathically seeing into people's souls though, so I landed on that in the end. Maybe she uses it to find hurt animals, as well.

Twilight Sparkle — Santornan Scholar
Twilight is a Santornan for a couple of reasons. First, she's purple (lol). Second, Santornans have a reputation for being academics perhaps to the point of detriment (or at least for taking themselves too seriously). Additionally, Santornan society puts a lot of emphasis on making personal social connections with others, so I thought it would be fun if she was socially awkward while basically having a special interest in friendship.
She's a scholar for similar reasons as the ones given above re: being an academic sort, but also because Scholar is a support role. It seems consistent with her overall character arc to have a role where she needs to support and aid her friends more than being in the spotlight herself. She's also, you know, known to love reading and be a big nerd.
Additionally, some Santornans feel that hand-to-hand contact is too intimate for strangers or those with whom you're less familiar; I think Twilight would be one of these, at least at first, and would wear gloves as a result.

Kokoro Miku!
You might think that Miku, who is android-coded, would be easy to translate to Kokoro, which is populated by robots, but you might be surprised. Her design is too "human-y" to translate terribly directly, but I still feel like there's enough there to carry over. In the end, this was the result.
She has a minimalistic yet still rather whimsical design, with many of her design elements being holographic rather than physical, including her twintails and her hands (which glow to draw attention to them / her while she performs complex dances). She doesn't actually touch the ground as she has a hover-jet rather than legs, which makes her quick and graceful onstage. She doesn't exactly wear clothes, but she does "wear" metallic ribbons around her "waist" to add more visual interest. Her eyes are an LCD screen, allowing her to change their expression, but her mouth is welded in the same position and is essentially a speaker.
Her name is printed on her chest; I would say it's written in Kokoro glyphs on the other side as well. Her voice does most of the heavy lifting in her performances despite all the flashy lights, as she's still not quite as expressive as her other iterations. Kokoro Miku songs really pop off, though, in a haunting way.

Zair Miku!
Palazair is another planet where Miku ended up being extremely successful, in part due to the prevalence of collaborative art and the preexistence of other similar software before Earth exported Vocaloids. Zair Miku is less fictionalized than some of the other examples we've seen, but she does still have some design elements that a normal Zair wouldn't, such as her extremely long antennae, and her music-note shaped belly patch (which is usually just a circle or oval).
Her outfit also differs somewhat from Miku's usual attire, but this is because the colors usually dominated by her clothes (black and teal) are represented on her body. The remaining design color (grey) remains as Z-Miku's glittery silver outfit, which makes sure to show off her unique body markings. The concentric circles design present on both the top and bottom references the Zair view of time and reality, which they see as spirals or concentric circles. Miku's Palazair tour would probably be called like "Spirals of Us" or something.
Zair Miku is stylized with extremely glossy fur (most Zairs would have to spend a lot of time to get that shiny) and almost luminous body markings. Her eyes are also usually stylized as having teal sparkles in them; this is partly due to her color scheme, and because teal sparkles, circles, or spirals are a common "cartoon" element in Zair culture (Zair blood is teal, so "blushing" or anything involving a change in color is stylized to blue or teal).

Sucralite Miku!
This is possibly the culture in which Miku was the best-received. The Sucralite design straddles the line between "honoring Miku's design" and "creating a completely new idea vaguely based on Miku," mostly keeping to the spirit of Miku rather than the "letter." Of course the official design has bright blue fur, and Sucralite Miku gladly takes on a more feminine style of dress to refer directly to the original.
Rather than keeping pretty close to the original outfit, however, Sucralite Miku leans into more Sucralite clothing styles and preferences; this is the only design to introduce pink as an element, mainly because it's such a "main" color for Sucralis (almost like blue is for Earth, in a way!) and because it's so extremely prevalent in most pop cultural advertising. This is basically the same reason for the glitter (for Sucralites, even their blood is glittery!). Both the top and the skirt have a cloudy, bubbly silhouette, which is common of Sucralite fashion. Additionally, the outfit takes on an almost "decora" style with lots of jewelry and accessories, including multiple charms of Earth Miku.
Finally, we can see that Sucralite Miku sports 2 tails where most Scuralites have only 1. This is a commonly fictionalized character element (the way humans like to give their OCs "naturally" green hair or purple eyes) on Sucralis that makes sense to include when involving Miku, especially since it has connotations of "magic" or "higher power" (multiple Sucralite gods have 2 or more tails). I think Earth Miku has taken on an almost deific status, so I felt that made sense for her Sucralite counterpart.

Atraxan Miku!
Citadel-8 is known as the galaxy's melting pot; while Atraxans are its native species, it has assimilated bits and parts from many cultures and is often the second best place to live for any other species out there if we forget about the horrible pollution and acid fog. As such, her design actually sticks the closest to Earth Miku's, with the outfit remaining much the same.
While retaining much of her "standard" outfit and look, it is notable that this Miku doesn't have her twintails or any other element mimicking them. Any attempts to make the feathers look right separated into two groups (bearing in mind there are non-movable spines beneath them) fell flat, and the same went for the tail. Instead, the feathers are given a slight gradient and a metallic sheen, showing off other similarities to Miku. She also wears a tie (fully grafted from Earth fashion) and a pair of thigh-high black boots, to keep the design the closest to the familiar color scheme as possible.
Atraxan Miku can make a lot of sounds that other Mikus can't (clicks, chuffs, and certain calls, for example) and is considered one of the more difficult versions of the Vocaloid software to work with. Atraxans are also known to be great vocal mimics, so she can make some sounds that other species can make, too.

Eshenali Miku!
While Eshenali themselves are iconic enough, Eshenali Miku also needs to convey an important part of Eshenal: its climate. While Laranth is hot and Lunestria is mainly underwater, Eshenal is covered (in most places) by ice and snow. This isn't much bother to the Eshenali, whose bodies are adapted to the conditions and who have structured their lives around it, but is often notable to observing species, and was thus referenced in the final outfit in the form of fur-lined clothing and sturdy boots.
Despite the dazzling range of scale colors and horn shapes available to Eshenali, their clothing can often be considered understated and practical, meaning not too many extra accessories were included. However, the flowing fabric adorning her skirt does hearken back to popular trends in Eshenali clothing, preferring long, flowing, colorful clothing over their warmer undergarments.
Since most of this Miku's body is bright blue like her signature twintails, her outfit lacks much of that accent. She wears sensible black gloves to give her hands contrast against her body (and as another reference to the cold weather), and she decorates her horns with music notes and blue crystals, which are associated with music on Eshenal. Her design doesn't go out of its way to fictionalize itself, as this is much less common on Eshenal, but elements like her wings and horns still give her that "Twintails" vibe.

Laranthian Miku!
(big thanks to @lilbanili, resident Laranth expert)
Of all the populations present in the Other Skies universe, Laranth's is probably the least inclined to even passively enjoy Miku, let alone actually want her. Still, I don't think the execs would be comfortable leaving a whole planet out, so they would still do their best to make a Miku design that appeals to Laranthians. This is the result.
Laranthians by and large are more interested in physical prowess and capability than aesthetic value. As a result, this Miku is more practical than the others; her main clothing item is a leather one-piece that gives her lots of room for movement, paired with a sturdy, blood-splattered blue skirt just to maintain her usual branding. Her accessories are insect-chiton wristlets, a glass bracelet, and a glass mace tied onto her tail with ribbon. Her shoes are also made from insect chiton, polished to the correct "Miku-teal" color.
Laranthians can be green or grey, and can in fact naturally grow blue hair. Consequently, Laranthian Miku is light grey (to keep with her original color scheme and theming) with shock-blue twintails. They're less polished and more natural, giving more of an impression that her hair is "tied back" than "styled." Her claws are also featured, and in her official art, she's depicted open-mouthed to show off her sharp, capable teeth.

Lunestrian Miku!
On Lunestria, it's common to dress so that one's gills are out, so a crop top makes more than a little sense for this Miku. Her design sticks to simple black and blue to mirror a wetsuit, though she does also sport some detached sleeves that call back to her Earth design. She does not have stockings, socks, or shoes, as she is designed to swim and move easily in the water.
Much like on Earth, blue hair isn't an available phenotype for Lunestrians. However, Miku still rocks the look, and on Lunestria, her teal hair is given a shimmer and transparency similar to seawater. If I were to do this design again, I'd probably stylize her twintails to actually be water, but I drew this one actual years ago, so it is what it is now.
Notably, blue eyes are also not naturally occurring for Lunestrians, so her massive, sparkly, teal anime eyes are fully a reference to her human form. She also maintains her general body shape and apple-shaped face to be instantly recognizable.
