Earthspark Bee should silently crash out. Just-- hear me out, she's a fucking crash out queen, has it down to an art.

He's the best for a reason, strong, efficient, but also incredibly obedient and capable of pushing down her own feelings just to get the job done. The "golden scout".

I saw something about her just being an eldest daughter and it resonated with me because yeah! He gets called back into what is basically his longest friend's circle after being in hiding just to get a bunch of kids dumped on him randomly!

(No hate to the kids they didn't really have a choice at the time either. I also have beef with the human characterization but that's for another time.)

Sure he loves those kids, it's natural that people come to love and bond with who they are supposed to care for, not to mention being the people he ends up hanging out with the most after being brought out of the exile Optimus (mind you) put him in. All of his skills, all of his wants pushed aside just to teach a few kids. Kids that you need to push a lot of things down for. Kids that, even if you love them, drive you up the wall because their human counterparts are barely disciplined and actually really don't listen to Bee in the first place.

Again, reiterating, I like earthspark, I like the concept, but like most others, it went downhill after season one. And even then there were so many problems with the way the humans were characterized. Just.... Just a note for later guys.

Back to the main point of this post, Bee needs to yell at his superiors. Sure, he still works under them, but he's really good at what he does and it would take forever to find a suitable replacement. Not to mention they are his friends. They should listen when he clearly has problems with what they are telling him to do. I need to freshen up on a few things about it but, for real, the "I want to talk to adults" bit he says is so fucking true. It's so true it hurts so much. He needs to disappear for a few days and leave the terrans with Optimus and them to mentor, for more than just those fleeting moments where they see the kids at their best and not at their worst like Bumblebee does.

Let them experience a tantrum, huffy sassy attitude instead of only getting gawked at.

I'm probably missing a lot of stuff, so feel free to correct me but don't try to tell me about Bee being Optimus' son. As much as I enjoy that I don't really see it here. Not in earthspark, or a lot of stuff lol.

You ever just stare at someone while they're sleepin.

Not in the romantic, "that's my partner" way, or the hushed tones of care and light sigh that they look adorable, no.

I'm talking about wether or not they seem alive.

Staring for God knows how long cuz you think it's been just a little, and I mean a little-- 🤏🏾🤏🏾 thiiiiiis little-- too long since their last breath.

As much as I think it's Optimus who would be the one that sometimes hovers for a few moments, it's Prowl.

Prowls the "are you even alive" worry wart, because with his growing love for organics, comes the infamous basic knowledge of being "alive", breathing, eating, and warm.

It evolves from a quick glance cuz he hasn't heard her breath in a bit, due to hieghtened senses but also sleep deprivation cuz kids do that to ya, to just standing hunched over her little corner while she's on the little pillow to sleep, of course breathing but we don't really know that. What if she isn't. What if the minds playing tricks on us. What if she's actually not moving oh god-

He's the one who makes sure that.... Doesn't happen.

No matter the sacrifice.

Insanely correct and sense making how my little pony and transformers can have almost every ship happen.

Rarepairs galore because no matter what fans, especially those extra ill about their pair, can make it make sense.

Like shockwave and Bulkhead, that's a rarepairs if I've ever seen one. There pinkie pie and discord, another one I've only seen one(1) thing of but I enjoyed it.

WAIT SO SARI STILL GETS CHOOSEN BY THE ALLSPARK TK HOLD THE KEY????

If she tries eating it, that's okay! The all spark specifically made the key so it was safe in her hands, even from herself.

Listen, primus' advisor knows not to give the young one such a sharp tool, so easily it could rip the flesh, and that's not good, not good for anyone. And that's why the actual key part is rounded out, and very moldy for metal, though always somehow fixing itself by the end of the day. It's also so much easier to use, and not for the faint of heart to the one it's being used on.

Don't want slobber on your key casing, feels gross, feels weird, and some nitpickers (looking at sentinel here) like to take up all the hot solvent when it happens.

Don't get me wrong, the bots had so many concerns about Sari actually keeping the key, Optimus was the one to find her in with it in the first place! You can probably imagine how fast his processor went as he took both the baby and the apparently baby-safe relic out of the room with what is basically their deity's heart. And when he tried to take the key away, so Ratchet could figure it out, the nooks and crannies... Well he's glad he already doesn't need to hear too much for it to be necessary.

Can't say the same for Ratchet though.
