It feels strange to be writing Bloodline after so long. But also, I missed my babies 💖

Any chance for an update soon?
Yes. I've just been in a bit of a creative slump, so it's taking me longer than planned.

The constant temptation to write a Harwin x Rhaenrya fanfic. I really shouldn't though, I have three Jonerys fics to finish writing.

Hello steelrose, I hope you had a nice day. I just wanted to check in and ask if you’re already working on the next chapter of Bloodline.🥺 It’s one of my favourite fics at the moment.
Hello 💕
I am actually! Chapter 28 will be out soon, but I’m not going to give any specific dates because I feel like I jinx myself.
I’ve also realised that the chapter count needs to go up to 31, instead of 30, to include the epilogue.

Is there a time you wrote a fic inspired by a single line or scene you thought about? How many chapters did you write until you got to where it all started?
Yes, and no.
I wrote Bloodline based on Allana's betrayal, and that was how I began to build the plot.
At the time I had been binge-watching all of the Starz Tudor era stuff, so from The White Queen all the way through to The Tudors, and I was desperate to write a medieval piece with Jonerys. It was originally going to be set in Tudor England, but then I thought about how GRRM was inspired by the War of the Roses, so I it felt quite natural to be able to pull the story into Westeros and change the foundations for our characters.
Therefore, it was time for me to think about why Daenerys was being put in this position by her father, and how we are supposed to root for her when Jon is already married, that is when I wrote part of the scene between both Allana and Daenerys in Ch.23. So it did take me a while to get to that point.
