Hurricane Michael

On October 10, 2018, Hurricane Michael, a Category 4 storm, made landfall on the Florida Panhandle with 155 mph winds. It became the most powerful hurricane on record to hit the area. And because it was approaching so quickly, there was very little time for residents to prepare for its arrival.

Michael also swept through Georgia, Virginia, and the Carolinas. Coastline cities and towns in the Florida Panhandle that were in the hurricane’s direct line of path, such as Mexico Beach and Panama City, were destroyed. The death toll is at 18, but could rise as disaster relief workers clean up the debris and search for missing people. Those who evacuated the area don’t know when they’ll be able to return home. And those who stayed and survived the storm are without power, cell phone service, and very desperate for aid.

Permanent Hiatus

As of today, I decided to put this blog on permanent hiatus, and that (so far) includes all the other rp side-blogs connected to this one.

I don’t know if I will change my opinion later, but so far I am pretty set on it. It’s been almost over a year since I even rped on this blog and I don’t feel like returning to it any time soon.

I won’t be deleting this blog for few reasons:

It contains the source posts for my art

I have plenty drafts with all sorts of interesting things saved up that I want to keep

I want to save the rps I did, as I am fond of them

I might be checking in on occasion, but I have now made a new, primarily art focused blog (mostly SU themed, will contain spoilers), so if you want to follow me or simply reach me, you can find me here.

A newly created Steven Universe Discord chat, dedicated to all things Ruby and Sapphire, both from Canon and OCs!

It often feels like Rubies are the least supported gem type, both in and outside the show, so how could I not make a server dedicated to them? (And to Sapphires, naturally)
