i've been thinking of death a lot lately bc soon it'll be 15 years since the passing of my grandma and this has just made my chest feel so tight and made my.. idk sadness grief whatever hit me hard

my mum just told me this guy we kind of knew (well, i didn't really know him personally, she did, i know his sister and our grandparents were friends) died... he was 34. it was so sudden and something similar to what happened to my uncle when he was just a few years older and i'm.. idk a little shaken. i still remember how earth shattering losing my uncle like that was and i still think of him all the time and this brings back memories that are really sad. and i'm so sad for his parents and particularly his sister bc we used to work together and we haven't talked in years but she's a nice person and i'm really sorry she's going through this...
