actually hey, while i’m here, please rec me some good epic fic. pjo/related fandoms, jily/marauders, or hockey (uhhh pretty much anything except for pk*ne, penguins fic, oilers fic) (in general, i don’t read abo, mpreg, or smut-heavy fics)
can someone please tell me why all basketball fic is so incredibly bad and why no hockey fic ever caters to my specific interests

hey friends!
in college, i wrote a collection of poems, that every so often i would perform at readings. i had always planned to publish them, maybe write more eventually, but life happened and it never seemed to pan out.
i decided to finally upload them.
my online chapbook is titled “those i’ve known horizontally” and is available for pdf download via smashwords.
as a warning, there’s discussion of rape that can be difficult, uncomfortable, or triggering.
i’m excited to finally put this out into the world.

hey friends!
i’ve started a personal blog, a place for things i write that might not necessarily fit with the various sites that i write for. if any of y’all are interested, my first post talks about logan and representation.
i can’t promise sports won’t come up, but sports also tend to be covered by the other sites i write for.

Mila Kunis pens powerful op-ed on gender bias and wage gap in Hollywood
In a new op-ed, Mila Kunis tells the story of one producer who told her that, because she refused to pose semi-nude in a magazine promoting her film, she’d “never work in this town again.” Kunis rails against sexism, the wage gap and bias in the piece — and explains the initiative she’s taking to fight it.

sometimes i think about the fact that Dreamworks was working on the Prince of Egypt and Shrek at the same time and would apparently send people to work on Shrek instead of the Prince of Egypt as a form of punishment
