///@stevilevy: When you have to work all weekend because the week days are dedicated to training and you can barely keep your eyes open driving home, when your friends are having movie and snack nights but your home alone coz you need rest and broccoli ain’t invited to the party, when your shattered at your sons football practise then miss his actual matches coz your at work , when you can barely walk propely hoovering your house because you ache so much from @johnclarke_nutrition leg day 😂 these are just a few of the scarifices that have gone through my mind today and why I have now changed my mind , am not happy with just winning the commonwealth title coz it’s rainbow colour nope I’m not settling until I’m a world champion and I mean that now because this past week has been a massive wake up call for me Had the best news in the world which then turned to shit news but the lesson learned was I finally believe in myself and I’m going to keep doing what it takes to be the best now there’s no doubts in my mind ❤️💙💛 I’ve also just used commas for the first time since I left school proving anything is possible HA x
