Insomnia vent

Having disorders is hard. It's complicated to have tics people are not gonna understand, have memory problems people don't take seriously or even have disorders you don't really know if you have or not. But if I could remove one disorder, just one. It would be insomnia. Everything else is managable-ish if I sleep well. Not always great, still complicated, but if I can't sleep, I spiral down. Intrusive thoughts, exhaustion, etc, everything is 10x more complicated when sleep deprived.
