By the way, remember to incorporate positivity in your activism. It's extremely important to point out harmful behaviors, but there should also be space for celebrating people and help them be heard.
Like, as an intersex person I rarely ever see anything positive about us. I rarely ever see intersex art, intersex body positivity, intersex stories, intersex music. I rarely ever see intersex people in empowering contexts, and it's disheartening.
If you're an intersex person and you wish to share your creations, your achievements, your passions, your message, anything at all that shows that we're not doomed to only be victims of discrimination but we're also people who bring good things to this world, please comment and/or reblog this post with whatever you'd like.
