i had a dream last night where i was trying to get my video game distributed on the switch and i was fuming because nintendo charges devs an absurd amount and i was like “this is why closed innovation SUCKS” while literally inside a dream about project managing a fake game i haven’t even made yet.

context: i binge played undertale yesterday. like… entire day energy. completed it. for the past couple days it’s the only thing occupying my brain besides work and uni. and now it’s haunting my REM cycles too. amazing.

i love how your brain can go from “fun pixel game with skeletons and emotional music” to “let’s stress dream about console licensing fees.” this is what gamer burnout and capitalism does to a mf.

i might be doing Undertale fanart. just you wait. i’m gonna post it!

I had a weird dream last night. The President of Brazil got a message in Spanish saying he’d be receiving pizza for lunch. That alone already felt off—like it wasn’t really about pizza. People got suspicious and somehow, I got pulled in to analyze the message and figure out if it was a threat.

Turns out, the whole thing was just a twisted version of the song La Camisa Negra by Juanes, written like it was some sort of encrypted prophecy. I started noticing patterns and connections no one else saw. It was surreal, but I felt kind of important, like I was the only one who could make sense of the absurdity.

Then this Japanese cardinal showed up. Yeah, a literal cardinal, in full red robes and everything. He started reading the message out loud and asking me questions. And then, he started complimenting me. Saying I was sharp, that I had a talent for this kind of thing.

So I asked him, “Atamagaii?” Like… was he saying I’m actually smart? But he didn’t answer. He just looked at me.
