It has been brought to my attention that there are underaged RPers and Tumblr users are purposefully finding adult users and getting them in trouble with smut. Because they find it funny.

I want to clarify something; no way in any shape or form is this FUNNY. This is the worst thing you can do to someone. If the Authorities are involved? They’re put on the sex offenders registry and their ENTIRE LIVES ARE FUCKING RUINED, all because you thought it was funny.

Do you have any idea what happens to them with that? It’s not a temporary thing, guys. It is FOR. LIFE. They are not allowed near schools, churches, theme parks, community projects, rec centers, public parks, or ANY OTHER PUBLIC PLACE WHERE CHILDREN FREQUENT. Some even include Grocery stores and shopping centers.

If they’re convicted and fail to register on the Sex offender list? An INSTANT 10 year in prison sentence. And it’s not a state by state basis; it is FEDERAL. LAW.

IF they are caught in the areas listed above? They’re put in prison, no questions ask and generally DO NOT get out.

They are satellite tracked, have probation for the rest of their lives, and some states are even pushing to ban social media sites for them.

So this is fucked up, you guys. There is NOTHING funny about getting people in LEGAL trouble because they interacted with a minor here. It’s fucked up, you’re fucked up for putting someone through that hell and there’s so much more to it, I can’t even begin to consider.

I know I haven’t role-played Show Elena in ages. But that finale really made me want to. I want some Delena things so badly. HE TURNED HUMAN. THEY GOT MARRIED and grew old together (and later died together) as humans!  I bet they had beautiful kids. Can I have all the nice happy ending things. I mean of all the people in the whole show Damon Salvatore got his happy ending. The rest not so much. But Damon did. <3

Elena was fed up. There was always something going on. She couldn't catch a break.  Apparently the shield that hid her as a nephilim was once more broken. Which meant Maggie was also in harms way.  Maggie was Elena's ten year old sister. Who was kidnapped by angels. On the other end of it Damon Salvatore her vampire boyfriend along side Katherine Gilbert her vampire sister were kidnapped by hunters.  Bonnie her witch friend was struggling with her magic. And Stefan Salvatore, Damon's brother was beside himself.  Damon and Stefan didn't always get along. But they were close. Very close. They reminded Elena of the vampire versions of the Winchester brothers.  Stefan would die for his brother and vice versa.  You hurt either one then you had a brother after your ass.

Stefan was really upset over Damon's kidnapping. To the point where it had him going mad. Elena felt the same about her  sisters. Worry was a terrible thing. Stefan was so sure Damon and Katherine probably were already dead. And poor maggie was only a little girl.

Elena remembered that the bunker had a special thing that let her inside. All wards not pertaining to her. So she managed to get inside. She saw Sam first. Sam blinked. "Elena you okay?" he asked. Because she looked like she had been crying. "Not really. I got a huge headache of a day. " he could tell she was worried. "What happened?"  Elena got frustrated. "Three kidnappings. " Sam didn't know what was going on but he urged her to continued. "Damon and Katherine were kidnapped by hunters because they are vampires. Someone broke Bonnie's spell that put the shield up again that hid maggie and me."  Sam knew this sounded bad. "So angels kidnapped Maggie because she was an abomination and intend to kill her." she threw her hands up in the air. "And I can't do anything about it. Because Angels are chasing me too. And Bonnie is somehow lost part of her magic." she sighed. "And on top of it I am worried about Stefan. He thinks his brother is dead and might go on a suicide mission."

Sam felt bad. "Well we can help. I am sure Dean would help you find them. All of them."  She sighed. "Two vampires?" she asked. Sam nodded. "We promised to protect Katherine and Damon as well as Maggie and you. We keep our word. Also it's not like we haven't been friends with vampires before. Lenore and Benny are just a couple."

Elena smiled. "Thanks Sam. Where is Dean?" she asked. Sam shrugged. "Let me go get him." he looked around then called to his brother. "Dean. Elena needs our help."

The background story has been updated for book/spn cross over. Since I can’t stick with one FC and like almost all them for book Elena. Well then I am gonna use them all. So there's a huge debate on whether Damon "raped" Caroline in Season 1 of The Vampire Diaries. Well he compelled her to be his girlfriend half the time. So obviously the sex was also under compulsion and considered "false circumstances." so by defintion of rape that could most certainly be considered rape. And I don't at all bash those who see it as such. However there is something that has been bothering me to no end. I have friends who are extremely anti Damon Salvatore and hate him because he "raped" Caroline in Season 1. And "raped" Elena in Season four because of the sire bond. One Elena is more debatable than Caroline because he never once told her to sleep with him under the sire bond. She did that on her own. He never used the sire bond to get laid. That really was all Elena. Anyways back on track. I have friends who absolutely hate ships for Damon in TVD because they feel "rape" is involved. But they are also hardcore Southern Vampire Mystery series/True Blood fans. SVM are the TB books by Charlaine Harris. Anyways these hardcore fans of both the books and show also ship Bill and Sookie til the end. Bill raped Sookie in the back of a trunk in the novels. There is actually no debate whatsoever. HE freaking raped her. PERIOD. Alan Ball admitted that event took place in the novels and he changed it in the show. Why did he change it? Because he already had Bill sort of raping Lorena his maker and he felt two rapes would be too much. Not exact wording, but paraphrasing. Yet Alan still kept the part where Bill nearly drain Sookie dry and sent her to the hospital. In the book Bill was kidnapped of course by a Vampire king. Sookie goes to find him. Debbie Pelt is after her. Sookie ends up locked in a trunk with Bill. Bill is a starving vampire. Who forces himself sexually on Sookie then starts to drink her. Sookie is mortified and is telling Bill no and stop. Of course Bill finally stops. But being a starved vampire is no excuse. Which is what "fans" of this "otp" use. 'oh he didn't mean to. He was starved. Ok that excuses the nearly draining her dry part. Doesn't explain the sexual assault part. And fans seem to forgive it because Alan Ball erased the event in his television version. Which makes no sense because Alan Ball admitted to replacing the book rape with another rape in the show. What I am getting at is I don't understand how people can be hardcore notp for Daroline and Delena because Damon 'raped' them both. But ship Bill Compton with anyone. The book and television version is still a rapist. Yet he is very beloved and the same people who adore Bill Compton hate Damon because he's a rapist. So let me get this straight. Sometimes it's okay to rape and sometimes it's not. If you're Bill Compton the sexy tru blood drinking vampire it's perfectly ok. If you're Damon Salvatore the human drinking slightly bad brother vampire it's not?. I really hate inconsistency with fandoms.
