We wrapped up this beautiful Golf R project for an awesome client that wanted some true "HiFI" sound. Him being a Home HiFi aficionado, we knew we had big expectations to meet. No expense was spared to get this Honda S2000 fully decked out with the latest and greatest technologies. We built the Focal stereo in this car a couple years back but he was ready to take the plunge to do a custom wireless Apple carplay headunit into the dash. Part 2 of the Model 3 project. Our client wasn't happy with the factory stereo. It was lacking in the bass department, so we went with a pair of Focal Flax subwoofers for its excellent fidelity and output. Another Maserati coming in for an upgrade in tech. This time we went with the new Kenwood Excelon 10" floating headunit. This amazing headunit has wireless Android Auto and Apple Carplay. You can also wirelessly mirror your phone to the screen. It was inevitable to add an Ibeam reverse camera to aid in reverse parking also. We bypassed the OEM Bose system and went with the Kenwood Excelon 5-channel amplifier and a 10" Helix subwoofer in the trunk.
