Okay real shit, I know this isn’t my usual content, I don’t care. I need y’all, ESPECIALLY queer, disabled, BIPOC, and/or anyone born a female to genuinely lock in NOW.

Below is a petition that calls for a recount and revote for the 2024 U.S. election. Trump has been suspected of cheating and rigging the election, there have been ballot boxes BURNED, there are people out there who’s votes have NOT been counted.

It doesn’t matter if you’re not American. It doesn’t matter if you can’t vote for any reason. It doesn’t matter if I have the same beliefs as you when it comes to some online discourse or whatever. This is real life, and people’s lives are at stake. The LEAST you can do is share this.

I don’t know how well this petition will work, and I don’t know if my words will fall on deaf ears, but as someone who’s black, queer, born a woman, and more than likely neurodivergent, I feel like I need to have at least some hope and drive left in my body. I REFUSE to go down without a fight and I need all of y’all to do the same.

Hey phaea! I was trying a Rentry frame our because I saw a video on Pinterest how to make one. And I wanted you to yknow maybe give me a few tips based on how i did! You don’t have to if you don’t want to tho. Here’s the pic. Also wanted to ask if you had a background I could put behind the character and frame?

Above all, I think you did really well! Something I would be careful with is how you adjusted the glow, because glows are (in my opinion), supposed to fade away into the background-

-however yours are a bit more straight edged. This is a minor detail but I feel for simpler frames, they can improve the quality greatly!

Also, because the character is wearing a dark colored suit, it sort of blends in with the frame. I would recommend adding a final detail (darker / different colored glow or drop shadow, or maybe a stroke) so then its easier to differentiate. I did really like it, so this is only really a suggestion, but it may be easier on the eyes for other people seeing it!

I love everything else you added including the overlays which allowed it some depth. Depending on the type of frame and its usage, I always recommend adding more slots (more places to put an image, non rendered art specifically) and also adding other bits and pieces as detail. I think the bow was a nice touch, in the future you can also use these (view attached images below, not specific to this frame, just in general)!
