Movie idea where it’s very clearly obviously a horror slasher film but there’s one character that tries very very VERY hard to make it into one of those comedy horror movies

Why do they say a steep learning curve is bad? Wouldn’t it be good to have a steep learning curve?

Like if the y axis is percent learned and the c axis is time spent learning, wouldn’t a steep curve mean that it takes less time to learn?
