I smoke to meditate, I play music to busy my hands, I listen to loud music to drown out the noise.

But it doesn't work. Nothing is working. I've made so many shitty mistakes. It's all I can think about. It's why I can't sleep. I need release but for all intensive purpose I'm free. I don't know why these thoughts are here. But they seem like they're in for the long haul. I just want this to be over.

Every thought is noise. I find myself, sitting in a daze for what can be minutes but feel like forever. Just paused, like present life is a distant memory. Even now my mind is playing tricks on me. But I think that's the tiredness. I can't sleep, and it hurts to be awake.

I want to cut so bad.
