obvious things out of the way: you need to learn to value self discipline. sorry lol. every time you break a promise you’ve made to yourself, you are losing respect for your inner authority & lowering self-credibility.

next… you gotta look at your whole situation face on. if you want to reliably count your intake you absolutely have to get a kitchen scale, sorry 😭 you seem to have chosen a path that involves lots of weighing things.
tbh, also you’re probably iron deficient. get an iron supplement and you will not be as dizzy
and yes, being dizzy (while fun) is bad: passing out is bad. being kinda bruised is grunge and slay, but hitting your head makes you dumb. do you really want a concussion babes? you see what those nfl guys act like
while you’re at it .,. throw in a complex multivitamin. some vitamin D. B12. fish oil.
really, you can do what you want, but it’s easiest to just let an app decide daily intake & macro goals …
especially if you have a fitness tracker of some sort, it can keep track of your daily expenditure and make sure your macros match up with what you actually need, which takes a lot of the stress out of deciding what to eat
(apple watches are cheap refurbished)
my doctor recommended the loseit app and tbh i love it, it was so convenient i ended up buying the premium bc i love being able to scan labels, which makes logging super easy (i live in america it’s all prepackaged here😭)
but i know MFP and others are also just as good. i used to log in my notes app lol. just make sure you’re researching accurately what calories r in things
dont pay too much attention to daily wêīgh ins. think on a weekly scale. its a lot more sustainable. a healthy loss rate is anywhere between 1 to 2lbs a week (0.5–1kg)
remember what you do 80% of the time matters more than what you do 20% of the time!!
ok so now we know what our limit should be and paying how much we’re ACTUALLY ęatıng: is we just gotta find the app3t1te killer that works for you.
think about averages. be okay with the occasional slip ups as long as you don’t let them derail you.
my âppetïte killers may not be for everyone, and i do not blindly recommend these, but they worked FOR ME:
adding a little more hot sauce to food than i’d think (to “build my spice tolerance”)
classics like chewing gum, dıęt coke
dopamine releasing escapism hyperfixations (video games, reading, podcasts & walking, etc)
subliminals and meditations on youtube (mental manifestation techniques)
weaponized productivity (can’t mindlessly snack if i’m cleaning my room, doing homework)
sativa strains high in the appetite-killing terpenes (source if u want more info)
also you can work out i guess. i like to but it’s not technically necessary.
next, lets google “stress negative effects on health” and make some decisions quick with me about how we want to speak to ourselves from now on.
bc yes what honestly really helped was realizing negative self talk is the mind killer.
i became okay with careful, scientific neutrality, i stopped trying to fake/force sweetness or positivity, but also refused to allow negative self talk!! i’m sick of being a mean person even to myself, i wouldn’t talk to a friend like that
and really found a way to cherish the real platitudes:

72 hour fast
I’m going to try to do a 72 hour fast to see how much weight I can lose, plus there’s also supposed to be a ton of health benefits so imma try it.
I’m currently 23 hours through so basically a third of the way, which means 2 more days. I’m making sure to drink 0 cal electrolyte drinks so I don’t get headaches and so I can actual do stuff, but I am doing it mostly over the weekend so I can just rot in bed if I get too weak (though I did go for a 7 mile hike this morning and I felt fine but that was pretty early on only like 15 hours in)
Right now I’m feeling a little weak but I’m also feeling super light, which I like. I’m hoping to lose at least 4lbs
