feeling distastrous i NEED to finish my stupid fucking essay soon it's literally an analysis of the darlingxapple kiss scene and why i disagree with that pairing as it doesn't really make sense from a character development perspective OR a challenge to society standpoint. making something gay does not magically make something good allyship!!

basically in my personal bubble mind rapple is canon and raven woke apple up. i honestly feel like that's what they were going to do but dragon games is such a pacing/story mess that they had to switch someone in so that raven could be off scene when apple wakes up. apple could have honestly just like. have had a delayed response to a kiss on the forehead or something, raven dips pretty fucking quick.

just to be clear, this isn't any hate to any other pairing/opinion abt eah, just my personal opinions + ideas that i wanted to word vomit before my brain explodes

Unpopular opinion time: While I do love Dappling, I feel that Raven should’ve been the one to kiss Apple and wake her up from her enchanting sleep. I feel that Apple has always been in love with Raven since the beginning and I feel that maybe the show had a whole setup to make them lovers as they’re both the main characters of the show. This is no backlash to all of you Dappling shippers, again, I love Dappling, but Apple and Darling didn’t interact much n’or had chemistry. Darling just kissed her from enchanting sleep and these two become so shippable. Rapple should’ve been canon, imo.
