"Jake," you tilt your head to the side, "Are you serious?"

Jake's grumpy expression remains on his face which makes you giggle.

"Dude," you press and push at his shoulder.

"I'm your boyfriend. I don't know why you would introduce me as your friend. I mean, if that's what you wanna be then–" he starts, but you interrupt with a belly laugh.

"Jake! Oh my god," your eyes roll, "It slipped," you shrug and step towards him to rest your hands on his shoulders.

It really did slip, your friends already know of your relationship with Jake so you have no reason to lie, but shortly after it happened he stormed out of the party. It was just kind of weird for you to call him your boyfriend out loud still since your relationship is still kind of new. You weren't used to it. Regardless of this, there was utmost passion between the two of you and you couldn't get enough of each other.

The scoff that emits from his lips as he shoves your hands away makes your jaw drop. It's kind of entertaining watching him get so worked up over you, but you don't want him to be upset.

"Bro," you trail off.

"Fuck! Oh my god, stop calling me bro. I'm not your bro. I'm your fucking boyfriend. Or at least that's the impression I was under." He says the last part sassily. He's such a brat. "You see..." he points his finger, "this is the shit I'm talking about."

You suppress the laughter you feel at the back of your throat for his sake. After playfully slapping his finger down you wrap your arms around his neck and he tries to escape your grasp.

"Stop pushing me away, cause I know that if I walked away right now you'd be even more pissed," you say knowingly.

He throws his head back in defeat because he knows you're right.

"You're such a baby," you fist his hair and gently bring his head up to look at you, "Is that what you want me to call you? Baby?"

He just deadpans at you and you can't hold back the giggle that escapes your lips. "Baby," you whisper and the corner of his mouth twitches. "You like that?" you raise a brow.

He says nothing and continues to try to restrain a smirk.

"You want to be mad sooo bad. You can smile, you know?" you taunt.

He shakes his head and moves his hair out of his face, but when he looks back at you he finally smiles. His hands find their way to the small of your back and he pulls you closer to him.

"This is the shit I'm talking about. You are a baby. What do you want me to do? Fucking scream that you're my boyfriend? Cause you know I will," you say as you lean into him.

He chuckles because he does know that you will. "You know what?...." he starts in a low raspy voice, "Yeah. I do. Scream it, babygirl." He loves this shit.

Your smile widens before you throw your head back. "Jake Kiszka is my boyfriend!" you scream into the abyss. You both erupt into laughter when you earn weird looks from the people outside around you.

"Hey," you projected your voice to get the attention of the stranger passing you two. He stops and nods his head, awaiting your response. "This is my boyfriend," you point to Jake and the stranger laughs.

"This is my bong," he responds, holding it up and you and Jake laugh again.

"Happy?" you turn to your boyfriend.

He pretends to ponder for a second and you slap his back playfully. "That'll do I suppose... Just call me baby again and I think I'll be good."

"You think? Don't be greedy," you say mischievously before turning to walk back towards the party, but Jake stands there with him arms crossed and you roll your eyes. "Come on!"

"Say it," he protests with a smirk.

You stare at each other for a few moments before you cave. "Baby," you say with a small smile. His smile widens at the sweet sound of your soft voice that he loves.
